IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
!
DO NOT
use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
Make sure the table rotates smoothly to inverted position and back.
Make sure all fasteners are secure.
GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
• This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break down, grounding provides a path
of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
DANGER
electric shock. Check with a qualied electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether
the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product - if it will not
t the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualied electrician.
• This product is for use on a nominal 120-V circuit, and has a grounding plug that looks
like the plug illustrated in Figure A1. A temporary adapter that looks like the adapter illustrated in Figure A2 may be used to connect this plug to a 2-pole receptacle as shown in Figure A2 if a properly grounded outlet is not available. The temporary adapter should be used only until a properly grounded outlet (Figure A1) can be installed by a qualied
electrician. The green colored rigid ear, lug, or the like extending from the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground such as a properly grounded outlet box cover. Whenever the adapter is used, it must be held in place by a metal screw.
BEFORE YOU INVERT make sure that the table rotates smoothly to the fully
inverted position and back (Figure 1), and that all fasteners are secure. Make sure the user settings described below are properly adjusted for your unique needs and body type. Take your time nding your proper settings and remember them. Check these settings every time
prior to using the equipment.
- Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of

Height Setting: Adjust the Main Shaft
The height settings are labeled on the Main Shaft in both inches and centimeters.
• Loosen the De-Rattler Knob.
• Pull out the height selector locking pin with your right hand while sliding the Main Shaft with your left (Figure 2).
• Slide the Main Shaft until the last setting you can read is equal to your height. e.g.
If you’re 5’10” (178 cm) the last numbers you’ll be able to read will be 5’10” (178 cm).
• Release the height selector locking pin so that it fully engages in a hole. If you choose, re-tighten the De-rattler knob.
Ankle Comfort Dial: Find Your Setting
• The Ankle Comfort Dial can rotate into a High or Low setting (Figure 3). There is a one inch height difference between the settings. The setting you select will vary by the type of shoes you wear and your ankle type. Try inverting in both settings to determine which one is most comfortable for you.
• The Ankle Comfort Dial should be set so the ankle clamps are secure around the
smallest part of the ankles (with minimal distance between the ankle clamp and the top
of your foot), this will reduce sliding on the Table Bed while inverted.
Prepare to Mount
ALWAYS wear securely tied lace-up, at soled shoes, such as a normal tennis shoe.
DO NOT wear boots, any thick soled, high-top style or any shoe that extends above
the anklebone. This type of footwear could interfere with properly securing your ankles.

Securing Y our Ankles
• Stand with your back to the Table Bed - do not use the inversion table face-down.
• Step over the Main Shaft, placing your feet on the oor on either side. Press down and push out on the ratchet to open the Ankle System. To balance yourself, rest only your lower body against the Table Bed as you slide one ankle at a time between the ankle clamps onto the Ankle Comfort Dial. Be sure to slide your ankle in from the side (Figure
4); DO NOT insert the foot through the ankle cups as you would slide your foot into a shoe. Your feet should always be either on the oor or on the Ankle Comfort Dial; never use any other part of the inversion table as a step (Figure 5) .
• Press your ankles back rmly against the rear ankle cups.
• Rotate the top of the rear cups inward toward your ankles to increase comfort while
inverting.
• Pull the handle of the Ankle System toward your legs and release when the t is snug. Test the closure by jiggling the handle from front to back to make sure the foot clamps are locked securely (Figure 6). Make sure your pant legs do not interfere with obtaining
a secure closure.
• Use the concept of HEAR - FEEL - SEE every time you secure your ankles: HEAR the Ankle System click into place; FEEL the Ankle System to make sure it is fully engaged in its setting; SEE that the Ankle System is secure, and does not move out of position.
!
WARNING
Failure to engage the Ankle System fully could result in serious injury
or death! DO NOT deviate from these instructions.

Safety Lock
• The Safety Lock allows the table to be deactivated without the need to unplug the power supply.
• Insert the Safety Key and turn clockwise to disable the lock and engage the motor. The Safety Key will remain in place when the table is in-use (Figure 7).
• Upon completion of your inversion session, turn the Safety Key counterclockwise, remove from the Motor Housing and store in a secure place for future use.
Inverting
• In the event of a power outage during use, you may have to use a hand crank to rotate the table upright. (See “Emergency Power Outage Directions” on page 1.4).
Practice manual cranking to an upright position with a spotter until you are comfortable with the procedure. Users who are not able to successfully hand crank to an upright positions should NEVER use the unit without a spotter.
• Ensure there is clearance for the table to rotate without contacting other objects or
people.
• TO INVERT, push the rotation control button in the direction of your head (Figure 8).
!
WARNING
For your rst few inversion sessions, ask a spotter to assist you until
you are comfortable with the operation of the inversion table.

Full Inversion
Inversion: Hanging completely upside down by your ankles with your back free from the table bed.
• Press the Rotation Adjustment Button in the direction of your head and rotate completely upside down until the table bed stops against the Crossbar. Allow your back to relax and hang freely from the table bed (Figure 9). You’ll have freedom of movement
for stretching and exercise.
DO NOT attempt this step until you are comfortable with partial inversion.
Moving While Inverted is Helpful
• Add gentle stretching and light exercises only after you are comfortable with inversion (Figure 10). Movement while inverted may help make inversion a more comfortable experience and may help joints to realign and muscles to stretch and relax.
• Movement may be accomplished either by intermittent traction or by stretching and
exercise.
• Intermittent Traction consists of 1-2 minutes inverted and 1/2 a minute up, to be
repeated at angles and a duration that are comfortable for you.
Stretching can be done at partial inversion (torso rotation) or at full inversion (torso rotation, back extension and flexion).
Exercise should only be performed in the fully inverted position. Crunches, full-range sit-ups and squats are an ideal way to strengthen muscles with virtually no loads to
your joints.
• Keep elbows close to the body while exercising to avoid impact with the Rear Frame (Figure 11). DO NOT use weights, elastic bands or any other exercise or stretching
device while on the inversion table.

Figure 10
!
WARNING
To reduce tipping hazard, conne all inverted activities to smooth movements. Aggressive exercises that involve vigorous body movement can cause the table to tip over, resulting in serious injury or death!
Returning Upright
• To return upright, press the Rotation Adjustment Button in the direction of your feet (Figure 8 on previous page) and rotate back to the upright position.
Keep elbows clear of the Rear Frame when returning upright in order to avoid catching your arm between the Rear Frame and the table bed while the table rotates (Figure 10).
DO NOT attempt to dismount from the inversion table until you have stopped rotating.
• Rest at the horizontal position for a moment prior to returning to the upright position.
• Do not lift head or try to sit-up while inversion table is moving.
Emergency Power Outage Directions
• If a power failure occurs, please remain calm.
• Reach for the emergency crank attached to the motor housing.
• Insert the emergency crank into the hole on the motor housing and turn the crank counter clockwise (Figure 12) to rotate the table upright.
IMPORTANT: Ensure that the Emergency Crank is NOT engaged in the motor during normal use.
