FIRST TIME USE SPIDER MED DIRECTIONS
Please read the following for optimum results from your new Spider Med Posture
Trainer. Once adjusted, the user can simply put on the device alone.
1. Have another person help
place the Spider Med
shoulder straps over your
shoulders, just like you
would a back pack.
Connect the waist straps.
2. Adjust the straps so that
they are snug but not tight.
If they are too tight, the
signal will activate too often.
3. The Spider Med is best
used when the wearer is in
a sedentary position – not
active – while watching TV,
reading or working at a
computer.
NOTE: The Spider Med is a training device and not a brace. It should be worn only for periods of up
to 15 minutes for 2 or 3 times a day. The purpose of the Spider Med is to remind you of proper
posture so that you become aware of when you are slouching. Soon, good posture will come naturally
even when you are not wearing the Spider Med.
