1. Place ShouldersBack™on a flat surface label-side down.
2. Fasten suspender strap A to B at the very ends of each strap. Repeat with straps C and D.
3. Put your ShouldersBack™on like a vest, label facing out.
4. Fasten chest straps E and F at a comfortable tension around your rib cage.
5. Tighten the suspender straps until they pull your shoulders back, increasing or decreasing tension to the desired corrective force.
6. Correct use of the suspender straps is key. The angle across your shoulders usually works best at 45°, but with use effective positioning will be determined.
7. Hand wash. Line dry.
