Acronis® Backup & Recover y™ 10 Workstation simplifies and automates backup
and disaster recovery processes of Windows desktops and laptops across physical
and virtual environments, minimizing downtime and increasing user productivity.
Based on patented disk imaging and bare metal restore technologies, this product
is the next generation of Acronis® True Image. It provides small organizations a
simple, cost-effective solution to locally manage backup and restore activities on
stand-alone Windows workstations.
Fast restore of OS and data to meet Recovery Time Objectives
With Acronis Backup & Recovery 10, the contents of an entire hard drive including
the operating system, applications and data can be fully recovered in minutes,
instead of hours or days, minimizing impact to user productivity. In addition,
with the Acronis® Backup & Recovery™ 10 Universal Restore™ option, it is easy
to restore a backup image to different hardware, eliminating the need to acquire
identical hardware if the machine has to be replaced.
Intuitive user interface for ease of use by IT and novices
Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 provides an intuitive interface making it easy to install,
and quick to configure and deploy. Its graphical user interface (GUI) makes backup
and recovery simple for both IT and novices with no external support required, saving
time and resources. In addition, a graphical dashboard provides an overview of the
configured and running operations on the system, for enhanced monitoring.

(SAN), FTP server, and optical devices, as well as the unique Acronis® Secure Zone®
partition. The Acronis Secure Zone is a secure partition on the local hard drive, from which
the entire system or any file can be recovered without having to carry boot media.
