When lifting the handset, a voice prompt gives you the number of new messages. * The Message key is flashing.
Dial the voicemail number and your password. We recommend to program this voicemail nb on the Message key. Default nb 884.
Dial the Automated Attendant nb + * + your extension nb + your password. Default AA nb 885.

Program a repertory key or Message key on Dialog 4106 and Dialog 4147
+ Prog + press key to be programmed + telephone nb or service code (digit 0-9, *, #, Pause) + Prog + replace the handset. The nb can have up to 21 digits. For Dialog 4147, program the 2

nb by pressing twice the repertory key before enterin

Presentation of Dialog 4147 Medium
1. Prog key when programming. The switch 10 shall be in position Prog On.
2. Key Message/ 2

. The light is flashing for new messages. Press the key for access secondary key functions.
3. Eight programmable keys with 1/ 2 numbers per key. Stored numbers remain for about 24 hours when unplugging the telephone.
4. Mute key. Switch the microphone on or off.
5. Loudspeaker on/off key or headset key Switch 9 in position Loudspeaker/LS. To switch on the LS, press the key. To switch off the LS, replace the handset. Switch 9 in position Headset/HS. To make a call, press the key + dial your number; to answer a call, press the key; to release a call, press the key that is light on.
6. Redi al/Pause key. To redial the last dialled number or insert a pause when waiting for dial tone.
7. R key for sending a 100-ms flashing. Used for specific purposes.
8. Volume control of handset or activated loudspeaker. Under the telephone, Data port to connect a modem, a PC or any other device.
11. Switch with 3 positions. STD for no-message indication,
MW+ indicates a waiting message (straight line cable) and MW- indicates a waiting message (twisted line cable).
Presentation of Dialog 4106 Basic
1. Three programmable keys. Stored numbers remain for about 24 hours when unplugging the telephone.
2. Mute/ Prog key. Mute for switch on/off the microphone. Prog used when programming after lifting the handset.
3. Message key. The light is flashing for new messages. The key is programmable with your voicemail number.
4. Redial/Pause key. To redial the last dialled number or insert a pause when waiting for dial tone.
5. R key for sending a 100-ms flashing. Used for specific purposes.
