lThelower-layersoftwaremodulesofboardsincludeBoardSupportPackage(BSP),
DigitalSignalProcessing(DSP),andFieldProgrammableGateArray(FPGA).
àTheBSPmoduleinitializesthesystemhardwareandprovidesdriverinterface
functions.
àTheDSPmoduleexchangesinformationwiththeCPU,andexchangescontrol
signalsanddatawiththeFPGAmodule.Inaddition,itimplementsmaintenance andmeasurementfunctionssuchasextractingandupdatingpre-distortion parameters,anddetectingerrorsandalarms.
àTheFPGAmoduleexchangescontrolsignalsanddatawiththeDSPmodule.
lTheOperationSupportSubsystem(OSS)isasupportlayerfortheentiresoftware.
Itprovidesahardwareirrelevantplatformonwhichthesystemsoftwareoperatesto providebasicsoftwarefunction,suchasscheduling,timing,memorymanagement, inter-modulecommunication,queuingcontrolling,monitoring,alarmmanagement, andlogmanagement.
