All batteries have a limited life and need to be replaced on a regular basis. After
a lithium ion battery has exceeded its useful life, it will not retain the same
performance characteristics and safety margins. Whether you’re a typical user
or a power user, Zebra recommends you replace your lithium ion batteries at
least once a year.

What Is The Program and Why Should I Be Interested?

The Battery Refresh Program is a new service designed to automatically send
out NEW Zebra lithium ion batteries on an annual basis. Simply fill out the
enrollment form and provide a purchase order with the desired ship date. Zebra
will automatically send replacement batteries on the specified date, and invoice
at that time. After you receive your new batteries, send the old ones in for
proper disposal and recycling. This program eliminates the hassle of replacing
your batteries as they get old and exceed their useful life. Zebra does it for you
– automatically!
