Xerox recommends that the following criteria be used when evaluating which
black-and-white printer to purchase for your office.

Performance and Reliability

Does the printer deliver the high-end speed
necessary to keep up with the demands of your
busy workgroup? Does it include the processing
muscle required to handle multiple complex
jobs smoothly?

Design Flexibility

Does the printer offer multiple options and

configurations that let you customize it

according to your workgroup’s needs? Is it
easy to install, operate and maintain? Can
