Wolfgang Puck,
owner of the famous Spago restaurants and one of the most influential chef-restaurateurs in America, is credited with reviving California’s rich culinary heritage. His cooking innovations,
a result of blending fresh California ingredients with his classical French techniques, are enjoyed by world leaders, stars and fellow chefs alike. He established other trend-setting restaurants like Postrio in San Francisco, Chinois on Main in Santa Monica, Trattoria del Lupo, and his latest creation, Cut, a gourmet steakhouse in the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Home chefs can also share Mr. Puck’s talents through his cookbooks and, of course, through his appliances!

Advantages of Slow Cooking
with your Wolfgang Puck
VersaCooker
• Use your slow cooker in BROWN/SAUTÉ mode to brown and sear meats directly in the same pot that you will slow cook with.
• Turn your slow cooker on in the morning and come home to a complete hot and tasty meal.
When cooking time is completed your Cooker will automatically switch to Keep Warm.
• Due to the amount of cooking time you will find that less expensive cuts of meat are tenderized and practically fall off the bone.
• The various flavors of your ingredients will incorporate into each other due to the length of time that they are slowly cooked.
• The VersaCooker frees your oven and stovetop for other uses, and should always be considered as an option for large gatherings or holiday meals.
• Use your VersaCooker as a buffet server to keep foods warm, such as chili’s, soups, chicken wings, meatballs, etc.
• Use BROWN/SAUTÉ mode for stir-frying, or use the wire rack included to steam foods or poach fish.
