ed person(s) in accordance with all applicable codes and
standards, including re-rated construction codes and
standards.

a) Use this unit only in the manner intended by the manufac-

turer. If you have questions, contact the manufacturer.

switch power off at service panel and lock the service dis­connecting means to prevent power from being switched
on accidentally. When the service disconnecting means
cannot be locked, securely fasten a prominent warning
device, such as a tag, to the service panel.

• Sufcient air is needed for proper combustion and exhausting

of gases through the ue (chimney) of fuel burning equipment
to prevent back drafting.

• Follow the heating equipment manufacturer’s guideline and

safety standards such as those published by the National
Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the American Society
for Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers
(ASHRAE) and the local code authorities.

CAUTION

For general ventilating use only. Do not use to exhaust haz­ardous or explosive materials and vapors.

• Ducted fans must always be vented to the outdoors.

• To reduce the risk of re, use only steel ductwork.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

• Do not repair or replace any part of this appliance unless spe-

cically recommended in this guide. All other service should be
performed by a qualied technician.

• To avoid motor bearing damage and noisy or unbalanced

impellers, keep drywall spray, construction dust, etc. off power
unit.

• When cutting or drilling into wall or ceiling, do not damage

electrical wiring or other hidden utilities.

• Please read the specication label on the ventilation hood for

further information and requirements.

To reduce the risk of re and properly exhaust air, be certain
to duct air outside. Do not vent exhaust air into spaces within
walls or ceilings or into attics, crawl spaces or garages.

WARNING

TO REDUCE THE RISK OF A RANGE TOP GREASE FIRE:
a) Never leave surface units unattended at high settings.

Boilovers cause smoking and greasy spillovers that may
ignite. Heat oils slowly on low or medium settings.

b) Always turn hood ON when cooking at high heat or when

ambéing food (i.e. Crepes Suzette, Cherries Jubilee, Pep­percorn Beef Flambé).

c) Clean ventilating fans frequently. Grease should not be

allowed to accumulate on fan or lter.

d) Use proper pan size. Always use cookware appropriate for

the size of the surface element.

WARNING

TO REDUCE THE RISK OF INJURY TO PERSONS IN THE
EVENT OF A RANGE TOP GREASE FIRE, OBSERVE THE
FOLLOWING:

a) SMOTHER FLAMES with a close-tting lid, cookie sheet,

or metal tray, then turn off the burner. BE CAREFUL TO
PREVENT BURNS. If the ames do not go out immediately,

EVACUATE AND CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.

b) NEVER PICK UP A FLAMING PAN—You may be burned.
c) DO NOT USE WATER, including wet dishcloths or towels—

a violent steam explosion will result.

d) Use an extinguisher ONLY if:

1) You know you have a Class ABC extinguisher, and you

already know how to operate it.

2) The re is small and contained in the area where it

started.

3) The re department is being called.

4) You can ght the re with your back to an exit.

Hood Controls

Controls for pro wall ventilation hoods are recessed under
the front edge of the hood. Refer to the illustration below.

Heat Sentry

The heat sentry feature automatically turns the blower on
or increases blower speed when the exhaust temperature
exceeds 95°C. It automatically adjust blower speed to the

previous setting once the temperature drops below 85°C.

The control knob on the left operates the halogen lights.
From the

(OFF) position, turn the knob to the left for

(LOW) and right for the (HIGH) light setting.

If equipped, the center control knob operates the heat
lamps. Each lamp can be controlled independently or simul-

taneously. Turn the knob to the left, right or center to select
desired setting.

LIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT

Pro wall ventilation hoods require GU 10 (50W maximum)
halogen light bulbs, available through an authorized Wolf
dealer.

A suction-cup-style light bulb changer is provided with
the ventilation hood. To remove a bulb, use the changer to
rotate the bulb counterclockwise one-quarter turn. Refer to
the illustration below.

Heat Lamps

For 686 mm deep wall hoods, two heat lamp receptacles
require E27, R125 (250W maximum) bulbs. Bulbs are
available at hardware stores or through an authorized Wolf
dealer.

Allow the heat lamps to cool before replacing bulbs.
Unscrew the bulb to replace.

CAUTION

Use caution when replacing heat lamp bulbs. Adjacent
parts of the ventilation hood may retain heat.

Filter Removal

The lters are dishwasher safe. Refer to care recommend­ations.

Remove the center lter rst. To remove, press lter upward
then rotate the bottom downward. Refer to the illustration
below. Remove grease cups from the bottom edge of the
hood. Gloves should be worn when handling lters.

Reinstall using the reverse procedure. Slide outer lters over
slightly to reinstall the center lter.

Use a nonabrasive stainless steel cleaner and
apply with a soft lint-free cloth. To bring out the
natural luster, lightly wipe surface with a water­dampened microber cloth followed by a dry
polishing chamois. Always follow the grain of
stainless steel.

Using a damp cloth, wipe with mild detergent or
spray degreaser. Rinse and dry.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not spray cleaners
directly on the control knobs.

Filters are dishwasher safe and are designed to
t most dishwashers. Wipe lters and grease
cups to remove excess grease before placing in
the dishwasher.

Troubleshooting

OPERATION

Ventilation hood does not operate.

• Verify power is on.

• Verify electrical power to hood and home circuit breaker

is on.

SERVICE

• Maintain the quality built into your product by contacting

Wolf factory certied service.

• When contacting service, you will need the model and

serial number of your product. Both numbers are listed
on the product rating plate. Refer to page 6 for rating
plate location.

• For warranty purposes, you will also need the date of

installation and name of your authorized Wolf dealer. This
information should be recorded on page 2.

FOR RESIDENTIAL USE

FULL TWO YEAR WARRANTY*

For two years from the date of original installation, this Wolf Appliance product warranty covers all parts
and labor to repair or replace, under normal residential use, any part of the product that proves to be
defective in materials or workmanship. All service provided by Wolf Appliance under the above warranty
must be performed by Wolf factory certied service, unless otherwise specied by Wolf Appliance, Inc.
Service will be provided during normal business hours.

LIMITED FIVE YEAR WARRANTY

For ve years from the date of original installation, Wolf Appliance will repair or replace the following parts
that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship: stainless steel briquette trays, gas valves, drip
pans, electronic control boards and electric heating elements. If the owner uses Wolf factory certied
service, the service provider will repair or replace these parts with the owner paying for all other costs,
including labor. If the owner uses non-certied service, the owner must contact Wolf Appliance, Inc. (using
the information below) to receive repaired or replacement parts. Wolf Appliance will not reimburse the
owner for parts purchased from non-certied service or other sources.

For more information regarding your Wolf product warranty, contact your authorized Wolf dealer.
Warranties must comply to all country, state, city, local and or ordinance.

*Stainless steel (doors, panels, handles, product frames and interior surfaces) are covered by a limited

PARA REDUCIR EL RIESGO DE QUE SE PRODUZCA UN

a) No deje nunca desatendidas las supercies calientes a

temperaturas muy altas. El sobrecalentamiento de las
supercies pueden producir humo y derrames de grasa
que puede arder. Caliente el aceite o la grasa con un nivel
de potencia medio o bajo.

b) ENCIENDA siempre la campana cuando cocine a una

temperatura alta o cuando ambee alimentos (por ejemplo,
crepes Suzette, jubileo de cerezas, carne a la pimienta
ambeada).

c) Limpie los ventiladores de extracción con frecuencia.

No debe dejar que las grasa se acumule en el ltro o
ventilador.

d) Utilice una cazuela o recipiente que tenga el tamaño

adecuado. Utilice siempre recipientes o cazuelas que se
adapten al tamaño de los fuegos de la placa.

Los controles de las campanas extractoras de pared Pro
están acoplados bajo el borde delantero de la campana.
Observe la siguiente ilustración.

LUCES

El mando de control de la izquierda opera las luces
halógenas. Desde la posición de apagado
el mando hacia la izquierda para reducir la luz
hacia la derecha para aumentar la luz

LÁMPARA DE CALOR

Si está equipado, el mando central activa las lámparas de

calor. Cada lámpara puede controlarse por separado o de
forma simultánea. Gire el mando hacia la izquierda, hacia
la derecha o al centro para seleccionar la conguración
deseada.

VENTILADOR

El mando de control de la derecha opera el ventilador con
control innito de la velocidad del ventilador. Para apagar el
ventilador, gire el mando en sentido contrario a las agujas
del reloj.

Heat Sentry

La función Heat Sentry enciende automáticamente el
ventilador o aumenta su velocidad cuando la temperatura
de escape alcanza los 95 ºC. Cuando la temperatura vuelve
a ser inferior a 85 ºC, la velocidad del ventilador regresa
automáticamente a la conguración anterior.

Iluminación

CAMBIO DE LA BOMBILLA

Las campanas extractoras de pared Wolf necesitan
bombillas halógenas de 50W (GU10) como máximo,
disponibles mediante un distribuidor Wolf autorizado.

Con la campana extractora se suministra un cambiador
de bombilla de tipo copa de succión. Para extraer una
bombilla, utilice el cambiador para girar un cuarto la
bombilla en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj.
Observe la siguiente ilustración.

Lámparas de calor

Las campanas de pared de 686mm de profundidad están
equipadas con dos receptáculos para lámparas de calor
que necesitan bombillas de E27, R125 (de 250 W como
máximo). Las bombillas están disponibles en tiendas de
material o a través de un distribuidor Wolf autorizado.

Deje que las bombillas de calor se enfríen antes de
sustituirla. Desatornille la bombilla para sustituirla.

PRECAUCIÓN

Tenga cuidado cuando cambie las bombillas de calor.
Las partes adyacentes de la campana extractora
pueden retener el calor.

Extracción del ltro

Los ltros se pueden lavar en el lavavajillas. Consulte la
sección Recomendaciones de mantenimiento.

Extraiga en primer lugar el ltro central. Para ello, presione
el ltro hacia arriba y luego gire la parte inferior hacia abajo.
Observe la siguiente ilustración. Extraiga los colectores de
grasa de la parte inferior de la campana. Utilice guantes
para manipular los ltros.

Vuelva a instalarlo utilizando el procedimiento inverso.
Deslice los ltros exteriores ligeramente para volver a
instalar el ltro central.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: no ponga en funcionamiento la

campana extractora sin los ltros. Si lo hace, puede dañar el
ventilador u otros componentes internos de la campana.

Utilice un limpiador de acero inoxidable no
abrasivo y aplíquelo con un paño suave que
no deje pelusas. Para que el acero inoxidable
adquiera un brillo natural, frote suavemente la
supercie con un paño de microbra empapado
en agua y con una gamuza seca para pulir. Siga
siempre la dirección del acero inoxidable.

Con ayuda de un paño húmedo, limpie con un
detergente suave o un desengrasante en spray.
Aclare y seque.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: no aplique los limpiadores
directamente sobre los mandos de control.

Los ltros se pueden lavar en el lavavajillas y
están diseñados para caber en los lavavajillas
convencionales. Limpie los ltros y los
colectores de grasa para eliminar el exceso de
grasa antes de ponerlos en el lavavajillas.

Localización y solución de problemas

FUNCIONAMIENTO

La campana extractora no funciona.

• Compruebe si está encendido.

• Compruebe la red eléctrica de la campana y asegúrese

de que los fusibles no están fundidos.

SERVICIO

• Mantenga la calidad de su producto al ponerse en

contacto con el servicio técnico autorizado de Wolf.

• Le recomendamos que anote la referencia del modelo

y el número de serie del producto cuando se ponga
en contacto con el servicio de asistencia técnica.
Esta información se muestra en la placa de datos
del producto. Consulte la página 6 para observar la
ubicación de la placa de datos.

• Para cuestiones relacionadas con la garantía, también

necesita saber la fecha de instalación y el nombre de su

POUR RÉDUIRE LE RISQUE DE FEU DE GRAISSE SUR LA
PLAQUE DE CUISSON :

a) Ne laissez jamais les appareils de cuisson fonctionner sans

surveillance à des réglages élevés. Les débordements
par bouillonnement pourraient produire de la fumée
et les déversements de graisse sont susceptibles de
s’enammer. Faites chauffer l’huile lentement au réglage
faible ou moyen.

b) Mettez toujours la hotte en marche lorsque vous cuisinez

à un réglage élevé ou lorsque vous faites amber des
aliments (p. ex., crêpes Suzette, bananes ambées,
langoustines ambées, etc.).

c) Nettoyez souvent les ventilateurs. Vous ne devriez pas

laisser la graisse s’accumuler sur le ventilateur ou sur
les ltres.

d) Utilisez des récipients de taille appropriée. Ils doivent

toujours être adaptés aux dimensions de l’élément de la
plaque de cuisson sur lequel ils sont posés.

2) Il s’agit d’un feu mineur qui ne s’est pas propagé hors de

Le bouton de commande central commande les
lampes à rayons infrarouges, si la hotte possède cette
fonction. Chaque lampe peut être réglée séparément ou
simultanément. Tournez le bouton vers la gauche, la droite
ou au centre pour choisir le réglage voulu.

MOTEUR

Le bouton de droite commande le moteur avec un contrôle
inni de la vitesse du moteur. Pour le désactiver, tournez le
bouton dans le sens inverse d’une montre.

MOTEUR

Détection de chaleur « sentinelle »

La fonction de détection de chaleur « sentinelle » active
automatiquement le moteur ou accélère sa vitesse lorsque
la température d’évacuation dépasse 95 °C. Elle revient
automatiquement au réglage précédent une fois que la
température passe au-dessous de 85 °C.

Éclairage

REMPLACEMENT DES AMPOULES.

Les hottes aspirantes Pro de Wolf exigent des ampoules
halogènes GU10 (50 W maximum) que vous pouvez vous
procurer auprès d’un revendeur Wolf agréé.

Un dispositif à ventouses est fourni avec la hotte aspirante
pour changer les ampoules. Pour enlever une ampoule,
utilisez ce dispositif pour faire tourner l’ampoule d’1/4 de
tour dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre.
Reportez-vous à l’illustration ci-après.

Remplacement des ampoules.

Lampes à rayons infrarouges

Les hottes murales de 686 mm de profondeur possèdent
deux emplacements prévus pour les lampes à rayons
infrarouges qui exigent des ampoules E27, R125 (250W
maximum). Les ampoules sont en vente dans les
quincailleries ou auprès d’un revendeur Wolf agréé.

Laissez les lampes refroidir avant de remplacer les
ampoules. Dévissez l’ampoule pour la remplacer.

MISE EN GARDE

Manipulez les ampoules avec précaution lorsque vous
les remplacez. Les parties adjacentes de la hotte
aspirante peuvent rester chaudes.

Retrait des ltres

Les ltres peuvent passer au lave-vaisselle. Reportez-vous à
la rubrique Consignes d’entretien.

Retirez d’abord le ltre central. Pour cela, appuyez le ltre
vers le haut, puis faites tourner la partie inférieure vers
le bas. Reportez-vous à l’illustration ci-après. Retirez les
cuvettes de récupération de graisse du rebord inférieur de
la hotte. Il est conseillé de porter des gants lorsque vous
manipulez les ltres.

Réinstallez-les en exécutant les étapes dans l’ordre inverse.
Déplacez légèrement les ltres extérieurs pour remettre le
ltre central en place.

REMARQUE IMPORTANTE : Ne faites pas fonctionner la

hotte aspirante sans les ltres. Vous pourriez endommager
le moteur ou d’autres composants internes de la hotte.

Utilisez un nettoyant non abrasif pour acier
inoxydable que vous appliquerez à l’aide d’un
chiffon doux non pelucheux. An de faire
ressortir le lustre naturel, essuyez légèrement la
surface avec un chiffon en microbre humide,
puis avec une peau de chamois sèche. Déplacez
toujours le chiffon dans le sens du grain de
l’acier inoxydable.

Essuyez-les avec un chiffon humide, du savon
doux ou un dégraissant aérosol. Rincez et
séchez.

REMARQUE IMPORTANTE : Ne pulvérisez pas
directement les produits nettoyants sur les bou­tons de commande.

Les ltres sont lavables au lave-vaisselle et leurs
dimensions sont compatibles avec la plupart des
lave-vaisselle. Essuyez les ltres et les cuvettes
de récupération des graisses pour retirer l’excès
de graisse avant de les mettre au lave-vaisselle.

Dépistage des pannes

FONCTIONNEMENT

La hotte aspirante ne fonctionne pas.

• Vériez que l’appareil est sous tension.

• Vériez si la hotte aspirante est sous tension et si le

disjoncteur de la maison est activé.

SERVICE

• Maintenez la qualité qui fait partie intégrante de votre

appareil en contactant un prestataire agréé par l’usine
Wolf.

• Si vous nous contactez pour un service après-vente,

vous devrez fournir la référence modèle et le numéro
de série de votre appareil. Ces deux numéros gurent
sur la plaque des caractéristiques du produit. Pour
repérer l’emplacement de la plaque des caractéristiques,
reportez-vous à la page 6.

• Pour les besoins de la garantie, vous devrez aussi fournir

la date d’installation et le nom de votre revendeur agréé
Wolf. Ces renseignements doivent être enregistrés à la
page 2.

La garantie des appareils Wolf Appliance couvre, pendant deux ans à compter de la date de l’installation

1) Si dispone di un estintore di classe ABC che si sa

2) L’incendio è piccolo e circoscritto all’area di origine.

3) Sono stati chiamati i vigili del fuoco.

4) Si può contrastare l’incendio con la schiena rivolta verso

Rilevamento del calore

La funzione di rilevamento del calore attiva
automaticamente la sofante o ne aumenta la velocità
se la temperatura dello scarico supera i 95 °C. Regola
automaticamente la velocità della sofante all’impostazione
precedente quando la temperatura è al di sotto di 85 °C.

SOSTITUZIONE DELLA LAMPADINA

Le cappe di ventilazione a parete richiedono lampadine
alogene GU 10 (50 W massimo), disponibili presso il
rivenditore autorizzato Wolf.

Le cappa di ventilazione prevede in dotazione un dispositivo
per la sostituzione della lampadina a forma di coppa di
aspirazione. Per la rimozione della lampadina, utilizzare il
dispositivo per ruotare la lampadina in senso antiorario di
un quarto di giro. Fare riferimento alla gura riportata di
seguito.

Lampade termiche

Le cappe da parete profonde 686 mm sono dotate di due
prese per lampade termiche che richiedono lampadine E27,
R125 (da 250 W al massimo). Le lampadine sono disponibili
presso i ferramenta o il rivenditore Wolf autorizzato.

Lasciar raffreddare le lampade termiche prima di sostituirle.
Svitare la lampadina per sostituirla.

ATTENZIONE

Prestare attenzione durante la sostituzione delle
lampade termiche. Le parti vicine della cappa di
ventilazione potrebbero trattenere calore.

Rimozione dei ltri

I ltri possono essere lavati in lavastoviglie. Consultare la
sezione relativa ai consigli per la manutenzione.

Rimuovere prima il ltro centrale. Per la rimozione, premere
il ltro verso l’alto, quindi ruotare la parte inferiore verso
il basso. Fare riferimento alla gura riportata di seguito.
Rimuovere le coppe per la raccolta del grasso dal bordo
inferiore della cappa. Indossare i guanti durante la
manipolazione dei ltri.

Installare nuovamente eseguendo la procedura nell’ordine
inverso. Estrarre attentamente i ltri esterni per reinstallare il
ltro centrale.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: non azionare la cappa di ventilazione

senza i ltri. La sofante e gli altri componenti interni della
cappa possono risultarne danneggiati.

Applicare un detergente per acciaio inox non
abrasivo utilizzando un panno morbido privo di
lanugine. Per far risaltare la lucentezza naturale,
pulire delicatamente la supercie con un panno
in microbra inumidito e quindi con un panno
di camoscio asciutto. Seguire sempre la trama
dell’acciaio inossidabile.

Pulire le manopole con un panno umido,
detergente delicato e acqua. Sciacquare e
asciugare.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: non spruzzare detergenti
spray direttamente sulle manopole di controllo.

I ltri sono lavabili in lavastoviglie e adatti alla
maggior parte dei modelli. Wolf consiglia di pulire
i ltri e le coppe per la raccolta del grasso per
rimuovere il grasso in eccesso prima di metterli
in lavastoviglie.

von Gasen durch den Abzugsschacht (Schornstein) bei
Verbrennungsanlagen wird eine ausreichende Luftzufuhr
benötigt, um eine Rauchgasexplosion zu vermeiden.

• Es sind die Richtlinien des Heizgeräteherstellers sowie die

von örtlichen Behörden veröffentlichten Sicherheitsstandards
einzuhalten.

ACHTUNG

Nur für den allgemeinen Entlüftungsgebrauch. Nicht zum
Absaugen von gefährlichen oder explosiven Stoffen oder
Dämpfen verwenden.

• Abzugsschachtventilatoren müssen stets nach außen hin

entlüften.

• Um das Brandrisiko zu verringern, nur Stahlrohre verwenden.

• Keine Teile dieses Geräts reparieren oder ersetzen, wenn

dies nicht ausdrücklich in dieser Anleitung empfohlen wird.
Alle anderen Instandhaltungsarbeiten sollten von einem

• Um Schäden an Motorlagern und Geräusche oder

unsymmetrische Laufräder zu vermeiden, Spray für

achten, dass keine Elektrokabel oder sonstige verdeckte

Abzugshaube lesen, das weitere Informationen und
Anforderungen enthält.

ACHTUNG

Um das Brandrisiko zu reduzieren und die Luft
ordnungsgemäß abzusaugen, muss sichergestellt werden,
dass die Luft nach außen geleitet wird. Abgesaugte Luft darf
auf keinen Fall in Räume innerhalb von Wänden oder Decken
oder in Speicher, Kriechkeller oder Garagen geleitet werden.

ZUR REDUZIERUNG DES RISIKOS VON BRENNENDEM
FETT AUF DER KOCHMULDE BEACHTEN SIE FOLGENDES:

a) Kochfelder auf keinen Fall unbeaufsichtigt auf hohen

Einstellungen stehen lassen. Überlaufende Flüssigkeiten
erzeugen Rauch und verschüttete Fette, die sich
entzünden können. Öl langsam auf niedriger oder mittlerer
Einstellung erhitzen.

b) Die Haube immer einschalten, wenn bei starker Hitze

gekocht bzw. wenn Speisen ambiert werden (d. h. Crepes
Suzette, ambierte Kirschen, ambierte Fleischgerichte).

c) Entlüftungsventilatoren häug reinigen. An Ventilator oder

Filter sollte sich kein Fett ansammeln.

d) Einen Topf der richtigen Größe verwenden. Stets darauf

achten, dass das Kochgeschirr für die Größe des
Oberächenelements geeignet ist.

ZUR VERMEIDUNG VON VERLETZUNGEN DURCH
BRENNENDES FETT AUF DEM HERD BEACHTEN SIE
FOLGENDES:

a) FLAMMEN mit einem passenden Deckel, Backblech oder

anderem Blech aus Metall ERSTICKEN, dann Brenner
ausschalten. ACHTEN SIE DARAUF, DASS SIE SICH
NICHT VERBRENNEN. Wenn die Flammen nicht sofort
erlöschen, VERLASSEN SIE DEN RAUM UND RUFEN SIE
DIE FEUERWEHR.

b) NIEMALS EINEN BRENNENDEN TOPF ANFASSEN –

es besteht Verbrennungsgefahr.

c) KEIN WASSER VERWENDEN – auch keine nassen

Lappen oder Handtücher – da ansonsten eine heftige
Dampfexplosion entsteht.

d) Benutzen Sie einen Feuerlöscher NUR:

1) wenn Sie einen Feuerlöscher der Klasse ABC haben und
wissen, wie er zu bedienen ist.

2) wenn das Feuer klein und auf den Bereich begrenzt ist,
in dem es ausgebrochen ist.

3) wenn die Feuerwehr gerufen wird.

4) wenn Sie das Feuer mit dem Rücken zum Ausgang
bekämpfen können.

Die Bedienelemente für Pro-Wandabzugshauben sind
versenkt unter der Vorderkante der Abzugshaube
untergebracht. Siehe Abbildung unten.

BELEUCHTUNG

Mit dem Schaltknebel auf der linken Seite werden die
Halogenlampen bedient. Aus der Position
Schaltknebel nach links auf die Lampeneinstellung
(Niedrig) und nach rechts auf

Mit dem mittleren Schaltknebel werden die Wärmelampen
bedient (falls vorhanden). Jede Lampe kann unabhängig
oder gleichzeitig gesteuert werden. Den Schaltknebel nach
links, rechts oder in die Mitte stellen, um die gewünschte
Einstellung zu wählen.

GEBLÄSE

Mit dem Schaltknebel auf der rechten Seite wird
das Gebläse über eine stufenlose Regelung der
Gebläsegeschwindigkeit bedient. Zum Ausschalten des
Gebläses den Schaltknebel nach links drehen.

Hitzeerkennungsfunktion

Die Hitzeerkennungsfunktion schaltet das Gebläse
automatisch ein bzw. erhöht die Gebläsegeschwindigkeit,
wenn die Ablufttemperatur 95°C überschreitet.
Wenn die Temperatur unter 85 °C sinkt, wird die
Gebläsegeschwindigkeit automatisch wieder auf die
vorherige Einstellung gebracht.

Beleuchtung

AUSWECHSELN DER GLÜHLAMPE

Pro-Wandabzugshauben benötigen eine GU10-Halogen­Glühlampe (max. 50W), die über einen Wolf-Vertragshändler
bezogen werden kann.

Ein Lampenwechsler in Saugnapfform ist im Lieferumfang
Dunstabzugshaube enthalten. Zum Entfernen einer
Glühlampe diese mit dem Lampenwechsler um eine
Viertelumdrehung gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Siehe
Abbildung unten.

Auswechseln der Glühlampe

Wärmelampen

686 mm tiefe Wandabzugshauben verfügen über zwei
Aufnahmen für Wärmelampen, die R125 E27-Glühlampen
(maximal 250W) erfordern. Die Glühlampen können in
Baumärkten oder über einen Wolf-Vertragshändler bezogen
werden.

Vor dem Auswechseln der Glühlampe muss sich diese
abkühlen. Die Glühlampe herausdrehen und ersetzen.

VORSICHT

Beim Umgang mit Wärmeglühlampen Vorsicht walten
lassen. Die angrenzenden Teile der Abzugshaube
können die Wärme speichern.

Ausbauen der Filter

Die Filter sind spülmaschinenfest. Siehe Empfehlungen für
die Pege.

Bauen Sie den mittleren Filter zuerst aus. Zum
Entfernen den Filter nach oben drücken, dann den
unteren Teil nach unten drehen. Siehe Abbildung unten.
Die Fettauffangschalen aus dem unteren Rand der
Abzugshaube entfernen. Beim Umgang mit Filtern sollten
Handschuhe getragen werden.

Beim Wiedereinbauen das Verfahren in umgekehrter
Reihenfolge ausführen. Die äußeren Filter ein wenig zur
Seite schieben, um den mittleren Filter zu installieren.

WICHTIGER HINWEIS: Die Dunstabzugshaube darf

nicht ohne Filter betrieben werden, da es ansonsten zu
einer Beschädigung des Gebläses und anderer interner
Komponenten der Abzugshaube kommen kann.

Tuch auftragen. Einen natürlichen Glanz erzielen
Sie, indem Sie die Oberäche mit einem mit
Wasser angefeuchteten Mikrofasertuch, dann mit
einem trockenen Polierleder leicht abwischen.
Stets in Richtung der Maserung des Edelstahls
arbeiten.

Mit einem feuchten Tuch und einem milden
Spülmittel oder einem Entfettungsspray
abwischen. Abspülen und trocknen.

WICHTIGER HINWEIS: Reinigungsmittel nicht
direkt auf die Schaltknebel sprühen.

Die Filter sind spülmaschinenfest und
so konzipiert, dass sie in die meisten
Geschirrspülmaschinen passen. Filter
und Fettauffangschalen abwischen, um
überschüssiges Fett zu entfernen, bevor die
Gegenstände in der Spülmaschine gespült
werden.

Fehlersuche

BEDIENUNG

Die Dunstabzugshaube funktioniert nicht.

• Sicherstellen, dass der Strom eingeschaltet ist.

• Sicherstellen, dass die Stromzufuhr zur Abzugshaube

und der Schutzschalter im Haus eingeschaltet sind.

• Halten Sie die in Ihr Produkt integrierte Qualität

aufrecht, indem Sie sich an ein zugelassenes Wolf­Kundendienstzentrum wenden.

• Wenn Sie sich mit dem Kundendienst in Verbindung

setzen, benötigen Sie die Modell- und Seriennummern
Ihres Produkts. Beide Nummern sind auf dem
Produkttypenschild aufgeführt. Die Typenschildposition
ist auf Seite 6 angegeben.

• Für Garantiezwecke benötigen Sie außerdem das

Datum der Installation und den Namen Ihres Wolf­Vertragshändlers. Diese Informationen sollten auf Seite 2

ein zugelassenes Wolf-Kundendienstzentrum verwendet, führt der Serviceanbieter die Reparaturarbeiten
oder den Ersatz dieser Teile aus, wobei der Eigentümer für alle anderen Kosten aufkommt, einschließlich

• Voor een goede verbranding en afvoer van gassen door

het rookkanaal (schoorsteen) is voldoende lucht nodig om
backdraft te voorkomen.

• Volg de richtlijnen van de fabrikant en de

veiligheidsaanbevelingen van de brandweer.

VOORZICHTIG

Alleen voor algemene ventilatie. Niet gebruiken om
gevaarlijke of explosieve stoffen en dampen af te voeren.

• Geleide ventilators moeten altijd naar de buitenlucht worden

afgevoerd.

• Gebruik alleen metalen leidingen om het risico op brand te

verkleinen.

VOORZICHTIG

BELANGRIJKE VOORZORGSMAATREGELEN

• Repareer of vervang geen onderdelen van dit apparaat, tenzij

dat in deze gids expliciet wordt aanbevolen. Al het andere
onderhoud moet door een gekwaliceerde technicien worden
uitgevoerd.

• Zorg om schade aan de motorlagers en luidruchtige of

instabiele waaiers te voorkomen, dat gipsplaatspray, bouwstof,
enz niet op het apparaat terechtkomen.

• Zorg dat bij het zagen of boren in de muur of het plafond,

geen elektrische bedrading of andere verborgen voorzieningen
worden beschadigd.

Zorg om het risico op brand te verminderen en om de lucht
goed af te voeren, dat de lucht naar buiten wordt geleid. Voer
de lucht niet af naar ruimten binnen muren of naar de zolder,
kruipruimtes of garages.

WAARSCHUWING

OM HET RISICO VAN EEN FORNUISBRAND TE
VOORKOMEN:

a) Laat fornuizen nooit zonder toezicht ingeschakeld staan

op een hoge instelling. Overkokende olie en vet kan gaan
roken en vlam vatten. Verhit olie langzaam op een lage of
matige stand.

b) Zet de afzuigkap altijd aan als u op hoog vuur kookt of als

u een gerecht ambeert (zoals crèpes suzette, enz).

c) Reinig de waaiers van de ventilator regelmatig. Er mag zich

geen vet ophopen op de ventilator of lter.

d) Gebruik een pan met een geschikte omvang. Gebruik

altijd pannen die geschikt zijn voor de grootte van het
oppervlakte-element.

WAARSCHUWING

OM HET RISICO VAN LETSEL BIJ EEN FORNUISBRAND TE
VOORKOMEN:

a) Doof vlammen met een goed afsluitend deksel, bakplaat of

metalen plaat, schakel dan de brander uit. Zorg dat u geen
brandwonden oploopt. Als de vlammen niet onmiddellijk

uitgaan, verlaat dan het gebied en bel de brandweer.

b) Til nooit een brandende pan op - u kunt zich branden.
c) Gebruik geen water, ook geen natte thee- of handdoeken -

dit leidt tot een gevaarlijke stoomexplosie.

d) Gebruik een brandblusser alleen als:

1) U weet dat u een ABC-klasse blusser hebt, en u al weet

4) U de brand kunt blussen met uw rug naar een uitgang.

Knoppen van afzuigkap

De bedieningsknoppen voor pro wandafzuigkappen zijn
verzonken onder de voorkant van de kap. Zie de afbeelding
hieronder.

Warmtebeveiliging

De warmtebeveiligingsfunctie zorgt dat de ventilator
automatisch wordt ingeschakeld of de ventilatorsnelheid
wordt verhoogd als de temperatuur van de uitstoot hoger
is dan 95°C. Zodra de temperatuur daalt tot beneden 85°C

De knop aan de linkerkant regelt de halogeenlampen. Vanuit

VENTILATOR

LAMPVERVANGER

Voor pro wandafzuigkappen zijn halogeen lampen van GU
10 (maximaal 50W) nodig, verkrijgbaar bij een erkende
Wolf-dealer.

Bij de afzuigkap wordt een zuignapachtige lampwisselaar
meegeleverd. Om een lamp te verwijderen, gebruikt u de
vervanger om de lamp een kwartslag naar links te draaien.
Zie de afbeelding hieronder.

De knop aan de rechterkant bedient de ventilator met
oneindige controle van de ventilatorsnelheid. Draai de knop
naar links om de ventilator uit te schakelen.

Warmtelampen

Voor wandkappen van 686 mm diepte zijn twee
warmtelampen nodig van E27, R125 (maximaal 250W).
Lampen zijn verkrijgbaar op bouwmarkten of bij een erkende
Wolf-dealer.

Laat de warmtelampen afkoelen voordat u ze vervangt.
Schroef de lamp los om deze te vervangen.

VOORZICHTIG

Wees voorzichtig bij het vervangen van warmtelampen.
Aangrenzende delen van de afzuigkap kunnen warm zijn.

Filter verwijderen

De lters zijn vaatwasmachinebestendig. Raadpleeg de
onderhoudstips.

Verwijder eerst het middelste lter. Om te verwijderen, druk
de lter naar boven en draai de onderkant naar beneden.
Zie de afbeelding hieronder. Verwijder vet van de onderste
rand van de kap. Draag handschoenen bij het hanteren van
lters.

Volg de omgekeerde procedure om de lters terug te
plaatsen. Schuif de buitenste lters iets naar buiten om het

Smeerbussen

Gebruik een niet-schurend roestvrijstalen
reinigingsmiddel en breng dit aan met een
zachte, pluisvrije doek. Om de natuurlijke glans
tevoorschijn te brengen, wrijft u het oppervlak
licht in met een vochtige microvezeldoek
gevolgd door een droge zeemleren lap. Wrijf
altijd mee in de richting van de korrel van het
roestvrij staal.

Veeg met een vochtige doek en een mild
schoonmaakmiddel of sproei met een
ontvettingsmiddel. Goed afspoelen en afdrogen.

BELANGRIJK: Sproei geen reinigingsmiddel
rechtstreeks op de bedieningsknoppen.

Filters zijn vaatwasmachinebestendig en passen
in de meeste vaatwassers. Veeg overtollig vet
van lters en smeerbussen voordat u deze in de
vaatwasser plaatst.

Probleemoplossing

BEDIENING

Afzuigkap werkt niet.

• Controleer of de stroom is ingeschakeld.

• Controleer of de elektrische stroom naar de afzuigkap

en de stroomonderbreker zijn ingeschakeld.

ONDERHOUD

• Handhaaf de kwaliteit die in uw product is ingebouwd

door contact op te nemen met de erkende
onderhoudsdienst van de Wolf-fabriek.

• Houd het model- en serienummer van uw product bij

de hand bij het opnemen van contact. Beide nummers
staan op het producttypeplaatje. Zie pagina 6 voor
locatie typeplaatje.

• Voor de garantie moet ook de installatiedatum en de

naam van uw erkende Wolf-dealer bekend zijn. Deze
informatie moet op bladzijde 2 worden genoteerd.

Beperkte internationale garantie op Wolf Appliance

VOOR HUISHOUDELIJK GEBRUIK

VOLLEDIGE GARANTIE VAN TWEE JAAR*

Gedurende twee jaar vanaf de datum van de oorspronkelijke installatie dekt deze productgarantie van
Wolf Appliance alle onderdelen en arbeid die bij normaal huishoudelijk gebruik nodig zijn voor reparatie
of vervanging van een deel van het product dat defect blijkt te zijn qua materiaal of vervaardiging. Alle
onderhoud door Wolf Appliance onder de bovenstaande garantie moet door een door Wolf-fabriek
erkende dienst worden uitgevoerd, tenzij anders aangegeven door Wolf Appliance, Inc. Het onderhoud
wordt tijdens normale kantooruren uitgevoerd.

BEPERKTE GARANTIE VAN VIJF JAAR

Gedurende vijf jaar vanaf de datum van de oorspronkelijke installatie zal Wolf Appliance de volgende
onderdelen repareren of vervangen die defect blijken te zijn qua materiaal of vervaardiging: gasbranders
(behalve uiterlijk), elektrische verwarmingselementen, ventilatormotoren (ventilatiekappen), elektronische
controleborden, magnetronbuizen en inductiegeneratoren. De onderdelen worden gratis gerepareerd of
vervangen, waarbij de eigenaar betaalt voor alle andere kosten, inclusief arbeid. Alle onderhoud door
Wolf Appliance onder de bovenstaande garantie moet door een door Wolf-fabriek erkende dienst worden
uitgevoerd, tenzij anders aangegeven door Wolf Appliance, Inc. Het onderhoud wordt tijdens normale
kantooruren uitgevoerd.

热守护

当排气温度超过95°C时，热守护功能会自动打开风机或提高

灯泡更换

专业级壁式通风罩需使用GU 10（最大50W）卤素灯泡，可通
过授权的Wolf经销商获取。

吸杯式灯泡更换器与通风罩一起提供。要取下灯泡，请使用更
换器逆时针旋转灯泡四分之一圈。参见下图。

加热灯

对于686 mm深的墙罩，两个加热灯插座需要E27、R125
（最大250W）灯泡。可在五金店或通过授权的Wolf经销商购
买灯泡。

在更换灯泡之前，请冷却加热灯。拧下灯泡更换。

注意

更换加热灯泡时应小心。通风罩的相邻零件的温度可能很
高。

过滤器拆卸

过滤器可放入洗碗机清洗。请参见保养建议。

风机

可使用右侧的控制旋钮操作可无级调节风机转速的风机。要关
闭风机，请逆时针旋转旋钮。

洁。为了产生自然光泽，先用蘸水的超细纤维布
轻轻擦拭煎盘，然后用打光麂皮擦干。始终沿着
不锈钢的纹理方向擦拭。

使用湿布，用温和的清洁剂或喷雾脱脂剂擦拭。冲
洗并干燥。

重要提示：切勿将清洁剂直接喷洒在控制旋钮上。

过滤器可放入洗碗机清洗，其设计适合大多数洗
碗机。擦拭过滤器和油脂杯，以便在放入洗碗机

维修或更换的所有零部件和人工均包含在Wolf Appliance产品质保范围内。除非Wolf Appliance, Inc.另有规
定，Wolf Appliance根据上述质保条款提供的所有服务必须由Wolf工厂认证的服务部门执行，我们将在正常
营业时间内提供服务。

五年有限质保

从最初安装之日起五年内，Wolf Appliance将维修或更换以下在材料或工艺方面存在缺陷的部件：不锈钢压
块托盘、气阀、集油盘、电子控制板和电加热元件。如果物主使用Wolf工厂认证的服务，该服务提供者将修
理或更换这些部件，但物主需支付包括人工费在内的所有其他费用。如果物主使用非认证服务，则物主必须
联络Wolf Appliance, Inc.（使用以下信息），以获得修理或更换用部件。Wolf Appliance不报销物主从非认
证服务机构或其他来源购买的部件所产生的费用。

有关Wolf产品质保的更多信息，请与授权的Wolf经销商联系。质保必须遵守所有国家、州、城市、地方法
规和/或法令。

*有限的60天零件和人工质保涵盖不锈钢（门、面板、把手、产品框架和内表面）的外观缺陷。
