1. READ AND FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS.
2. NEVER stand on table or INJURY MAY OCCUR.
3. NEVER allow user to sleep unattended on table or INJURY MAY OCCUR.
4. NEVER leave an unconscious user unattended on table or INJURY MAY OCCUR.
5. DO NOT use table for transporting user in or with ANY type of vehicle or trailer. Winco tables have not been tested
or approved for use by an occupant in any type of vehicle or trailer.
6. NEVER leave an infant or child unattended on table or INJURY MAY OCCUR.
7. DO NOT put hands, feet or clothing into any openings when changing user positions on table. Attendant MUST
confirm that users hands and feet are clear of openings when changing positions or INJUR Y MAY RESULT.
8. Periodically, recheck tightness of all nuts, bolts and screws.
9. USE ONLY WINCO AUTHORIZED REPLACEMENT PARTS.
10. NEVER EXCEED the recommended weight capacity of 1000 lbs. (453.6 kg).
11. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS for future reference and training.
Tools needed:
Phillips-head screwdriver
7/16” wrench, (multiple size wrench included)
Scissors or box cutter
Cardboard shipping container (stays under table during assembly to protect upholstery)
- If using powered tools always start hardware together by hand first & wear safety goggles
PLEASE READ AND FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH ASSEMBLY
1. After checking your product for any shipping damage, table needs to be positioned upside-down on cardboard
or protective surface. Remove all packing material and hardware that was secured for shipping. Cut tape on
corners of box so that cardboard will lay flat while you assemble table.
Leg Assemblies (3):
2. You will find (3) Table Legs, in-between or attached-to the Table Frame Rails. Pivot up the (2) Table Legs
on ends of table (see photo). Insert (2) ¼-20 x 2” screws through (2) holes in each Upper Leg Brace and into
(2) threaded holes in the wood of the Upholstered Top.
NOTE: Upper Leg Braces on all Table Legs have (2) holes that need to align with two threaded holes in the
wood of the Upholstered Top.
The center Table Leg must have two sets of holes aligned. Holes in the Upper Leg Brace of the Table Leg
must align with holes in the bottom of table, AND the oval-shaped holes on the legs must align with holes on
both frame rails on the table.
The center Table Leg may need to be rotated 180 degrees so that the above alignment is possi ble.

3. Secure the middle Table Leg to the Table Frame Rails with (2) ¼-20 x 2-1/2” screws & locknuts. Then, insert
(2) ¼-20 x 2” screws through (2) holes in each Upper Leg Brace and into (2) threaded holes in the wood of
the Upholstered Top.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT fully tighten at this time.
Cross-Braces (2):
Before installing:
Make sure that the smooth surface of the welds on the Cross-Braces will face upward (when the table is in
the upright position) prior to fastening to Lower Leg Brace of Table Legs. (IMPORTANT for best appearance

4. Cross-brace to End Legs: Place (4) ¼-20 x 1-½” screws into the holes in the Lower Leg Braces and
through the holes on the Cross-braces. Install locknuts (hand-tighten). Heads of screws should face the
ends of table, for better appearance.
5. Cross-brace to Center Leg: Place (2) ¼-20 x 2” screws into the holes in the Lower Leg Brace and through
the holes in BOTH of the Cross-brace. Install locknuts.
6. TIGHTEN ALL nuts & bolts holding the Table Legs to the Table Frame Rails.
7. Install the six (6) Glide Feet into the threaded ends of the table legs.
Additional instructions for 8910 models ----- (8900 model go to step 12)
8. Attach the Face Slot Tube so that one hole is aligned with the center hole of the Upper Leg Brace, (flat side

13. Place Paper Holder Rod, with paper roll installed, through the (2) Paper Rod Clamps.
14. Adjust the Glide Feet to level the table.
Optional Shelf installation:
15. Double-sided tape has been installed on the top of the Cross-braces.
16. Before removing paper on tape, “test fit” the shelf. Shelf should be centered between outside Table Legs.
17. Once you are certain of where you will position the shelf, peel off the paper to expose adhesive.
18. Carefully position shelf in place on adhesive.
HINT: After peeling paper from adhesive tape use damp sponge to moisten tape to allow face paper
cutter to be ad
Wrinkles in Vinyl – Storage and shipping can cause wrinkles of the vinyl on your Winco table. This is normal.
Please allow 1-2 weeks at room temperature (approx. 70 degrees) to allow for vinyl to expand back to original
appearance.
