Adjustable Headrest Treatment Table
with Cabinets and/or Drawer Modules
CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE READ AND FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT.

before attempting to use this product; otherwise injury may occur.

1. READ AND FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS.
2. NEVER stand on table or INJURY MAY OCCUR.
3. NEVER allow user to sleep unattended on table or INJURY MAY OCCUR.
4. NEVER leave an unconscious user unattended on table or INJURY MAY OCCUR.
5. DO NOT use table for transporting user in or with ANY type of vehicle or trailer. Winco tables have not been tested
or approved for use by an occupant in any type of vehicle or trailer.
6. NEVER leave an infant or child unattended on table or INJURY MAY OCCUR.
7. DO NOT put hands, feet or clothing into any openings when changing positions on table. Attendant MUST confirm
that users hands and feet are clear of all moving parts while changing table positions or INJURY MAY RESULT.
8. Periodically, recheck tightness of all nuts, bolts and screws.
9. USE ONLY WINCO AUTHORIZED REPLACEMENT PARTS.
10. NEVER EXCEED the recommended weight capacity of 400 lbs. (181.4 kg).
11. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS for future reference and training.

Tools needed:
Scissors or box cutter
Phillips-head screwdriver
½” wrench or ½” socket & ratchet wrench
7/16” wrench, (multiple size wrench included to check pre-installed fasteners for tightness after
shipping)
- If using powered tools always start hardware together by hand first & wear safety goggles
SEE “Parts Reference” (pg.3) for visual reference.
1. After checking your product for any shipping damage, remove all packing material and hardware that was
secured for shipping.
2. Use a ½” wrench or socket, and remove the four (4) bolts that are attaching the table to the skid. (Bolts go
through the plastic Threaded Inserts in ends of table legs, and the shipping skid.)
3. Using at least (2) people, lift the table off of the skid.
4. Install the included Adjustable Glide Feet into the Threaded Inserts, located in the bottom the table legs.
(see note).
NOTE: Turning table on side or vinyl-side down will ease this installation, however, drawers should
be removed. Please protect your Upholstered Top with cardboard, clean carpeted floor, etc… when
performing this operation. Use of two or more people is HIGHLY recommended.
5. With table in the upright position, adjust the (4) Adjustable Glide Feet to level the table.
6. Use a Phillips bit screwdriver and a 7/16” wrench to check all screws, nuts, and bolts to ensure they are tight
and did not loosen during shipping.
7. Load paper roll onto Paper Holder Rod. Rod must be inserted through Paper Rod Clamps.

Operation of Table
To raise the Upholstered Backrest, pull black lever on the Remote Release System.
To lower the Backrest, pull the same black lever with one hand and apply pressure to the Backrest
with your other hand until the desired position is achieved, then release the black lever.
Vinyl Strap Adjustment – Should the vinyl strap on your Winco table need to be adjusted, unscrew the screw
that currently holds either side of it in place. Pierce another hole in the strap to give desired tension and re-insert
screw.
Wrinkles in Vinyl – Storage and shipping can cause wrinkles of the vinyl on your Winco table. This is normal.
Please allow 1-2 weeks at room temperature (approx. 70 degrees) to allow for vinyl to expand back to original
appearance.
Do not over tighten nuts and bolts. Periodically check all fasteners for tightness.
ADJUSTING GAS SPRING (cylinder):
1. Remove Cable from Operator.
2. Loosen 11/16” nut on top of Operator.
3. Remove Bow-Tie Cotter Pin from Clevis Pin.
4. Remove Clevis Pin.
5. Turn the entire Operator one full revolution:
Clockwise if backrest does not move when handle is
actuated OR Counter-clockwise if backrest will not stay in
down position.
Finish the adjustment:
6. Re-install the Clevis Pin.
7. Re-install the Bow-Tie Cotter Pin.
8. Tighten the 11/16” locking nut on top of Operator.
9. Re-install cable.
10. REPEAT these steps as needed until proper backrest
action is achieved.
