This program makes it easy to get started. Minimum order to qualify for labels is 48. This minimum can be met by:

• One contractor can go all-in for 48;

• Two contractors sign up for 24 each;

• Three contractors sign up for 16 each; or

• Six contractors sign up for 8 each

Program Details:

• Each contractor must purchase a minimum of 8 ACM Series models in any mix of sizes.

• Each label order must be for a minimum of 48 labels.

• Lead time to receive labels is 2 weeks.

• Logo artwork should be supplied as .jpeg or .pdf file.

• Fill out form on back completely and e-mail to labels@carriageprinting.com

• No cost to you for labels.
