previous model, Whirlpool Canada LP will take it back within 30 days of the purchase and refund the full
purchase price, including taxes.

Finance charges, any costs incurred in connection with the removal of your previous washer and cost of
delivery and installation of the qualifying Whirlpool® washer are not covered by this Limited Guarantee.

Money-Back Guarantee. If I am not completely satisfied that my qualifying Whirlpool® Washer vibrates
less than my previous model, Whirlpool Canada LP will take it back within 30 days of the purchase date

WITHIN 30 DAYS of the purchase of a qualifying Whirlpool® washer, complete the contact, qualifying
model and serial number information be low and call the Whirlpool Canada Service Center at
1-800-807-6777 to initiate your claim. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

A copy of your receipt showing dealer name and address, washer model and serial number and date of
purchase must accompany the claim. Retain a copy of all documents for your records. NOTE: All fields
