At a temperature of 95°C, this programme eliminates bacteria, ensuring sanitization of your laundry. Slightly to normally soiled bed linen, table linen, shirts, trousers etc. made of cotton and linen.

Slightly to normally soiled blouses, shirts etc. made of polyester (Diolen, Trevira), polyamide (Perlon, Nylon) or blends with cotton.

For heavily soiled clothes, select “Prewash” option.

Programme for slightly to normally soiled fabrics made of cotton and/or synthetic fibres.

Slightly soiled overalls and sports wear made of cotton, polyester , polyamide and blends with cotton. Normally soiled and sweaty sportswear made of cotton jersey or microfibres.

This programme includes a prewash cycle - you can add detergent also to the prewash chamber . Do not add any softener.

Blankets made of synthetic fibres, bedcovers filled with polyester or other artificial fibres, sleeping bags, bathmats and similar items.

Curtains and delicate dresses, skirts, shirts and blouses. Only woollens, labelled with the Woolmark and identified as machine washable.

This programme (40°C) is tested and approved by The Woolmark Company for machine washable wool. Textiles made of silk, linen, wool and viscose marked as “handwashable”.

A very gentle spin is used in this programme.

White and robust cotton laundry . With an additional rinse to avoid residues, this programme is ideal to be used with stain removers on oxygen basis; select “Clean +” option in this case.

In this programme spinning is gentle. Same as the spin cycle in the “Wool” programme. Same as the last rinse and the final spin in the “Heavy duty” programme.

Use this programme to drain your washer or to drain and spin your wash load.

Delicate fabrics, handwashables and woollens should be drained with no spin or low spin speed to avoid fabric stress.

The remaining programme time can also deviate from the values in the table as it depends on the size of your wash load, water inlet temperature etc.; the remaining time indication is newly calculated and updated if necessary approximately 20 minutes after programme start. The consumption data for “Heavy duty” refer to a programme setting without “Eco” and “Heavy soil”, except the data which is indicated in the line marked with “***”.

To reduce the water temperature, some cold water is added at the end of the main wash cycle, before the pump drains the water out.

The grey shaded columns show energy consumptions and programme durations for the washing machine being connected to both hot and cold fill, with a hot fill inlet temperature of 60°C. • This option is particularly recommended for the programme “Synthetics” or “Delicate”.

• Particularly useful if you want to postpone spinning to a later time, or if you want to drain only.

• Do not leave the laundry to soak in the rinse hold for too long.

• Adds a prewash cycle to the programme selected.

• Use only for heavily soiled loads (e.g. sand, granular dirt).

• Increases the cycle time by approx. 25 minutes.

• Do not use liquid detergent for the main wash when selecting “Prewash”.

• Choose this option if you use an in-wash additive for stain removal (powder, for example Vanish).

• Optimizes the additive’s efficiency to get better wash performance and stain removal.

• Select temperature of 30 or 40°C and use with maximum load.

• Add an appropriate amount of in-wash additive for stain removal (powder) to the prewash chamber.

• Appropriate for use of stain removers and bleaches on oxygen basis.

Chlorine or perborate bleaches must not be used!

If there is a programme setting which you use frequently, the washing machine offers the possibility to save one setting for each programme so that it can be used again by just pushing one button.

• Select the desired programme, temperature, spin speed and options/modifiers.

Press and hold the goes on and a signal sounds when the programme setting is saved. Next time you want to use your individual programme setting, turn the programme selector to the desired programme,

The “Start delay” allows to run the machine at the consumer’s convenience, for example at night when electricity is cheaper.

• Select programme, temperature and options/modifiers as desired.

• Press the “Start delay” button to select the delay time by 1 to 24 hours;

•Press and hold the countdown of the delay time begins. The light of the “Start delay” button will keep blinking until the programme starts.

• The time delay indication disappears when the programme starts and it is replaced by the remaining time.

To cancel the “Start delay”:

After starting the programme, the indication runs from left to right through “Add garment”, prewash, wash, rinse, spin. When a programme sequence is finished, the corresponding symbol goes off. The display shows the remaining programme time. Due to variations in load and temperature of inlet water, the remaining time is newly calculated in certain programme phases. If this is the case, an animation appears on the display and the and the “6 Sense” symbol lights up.

As soon as a programme starts, the “Door locked” symbol lights up on the display. You can interrupt the programme by pressing

In certain programme phases, the “Door locked” symbol remains lit to show that the door cannot be opened in the present programme phase, e.g. when the water level is too high or during spinning.
