1) GENERAL WARNINGS
Only qualified installed and personnel authorised by the manufacturer can carry out installation, start-up and maintenance operations on the equipment.
Read the instructions contained in this manual very carefully, as they are very important for safety in case of installation, use and maintenance.
1.The appliance must be used only for its intended purpose, i.e. for holding previously chilled food or drinks; the appliance is not designed for any other use that is therefore prohibited.
2.The room conditions for the proper operation of the appliance must be a temperature of 25°C with 60% humidity.
3.Once unpacked, make sure that the appliance has not been damaged.
4.Before positioning and installing the unit, check that power and voltage requirements shown on the data plate are equivalent to the specifications of power supply on site.
The data plate ( see image A ) is on the lower right-hand side of the serving side.

5.In case of malfunctioning, turn off the appliance immediately and interrupt and/or close all connections.
