BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG

4. inbetriebnahme

Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die technische Sicherheit des Produkts, z.B. auf Beschädigung des Gehäuses.

Verlegen Sie das Kabel immer so, dass niemand darüber stolpern oder daran hängen bleiben kann. Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr.

1.  Verbinden Sie den DC-Stecker des Stecker-Netzteils mit der DC-Buchse am Kleinspannungsverbraucher. 2.  Die Polarität kann nicht geändert werden. Der Stecker hat die festgelegte Polarität „innen Plus (+), außen

Minus (-)“

3.  Achten Sie darauf, dass der Verbraucher ausgeschaltet ist, wenn Sie ihn mit dem Stecker-Netzteil verbinden.

4.  Stecken Sie das Netzteil in eine haushaltsübliche Netzsteckdose. Der korrekte Betrieb wird am Netzteil durch eine Leuchtanzeige signalisiert.

Version 04/12 5.  Um den Verbraucher vom Netzteil zu trennen, gehen Sie in umgekehrter Reihenfolge vor.

1. BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG

Das Produkt dient zur Spannungsversorgung für Kleinspannungsgeräte mit passender DC-Buchse. Es ist zum Anschluss an haushaltsübliche Netzspannung von 100 - 240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz vorgesehen. Am Ausgang liegt eine galvanisch getrennte Gleichspannung (DC) an. Die Stromaufnahme des Verbrauchers darf den Nennstrom des jeweiligen Netzgerätes (je nach Typ) nicht überschreiten. Das Produkt verfügt über einen Kurzschlussund Überladungsschutz.

Das Produkt ist EMV-geprüft und erfüllt die Anforderungen der geltenden europäischen und nationalen Richtlinien. Die CE-Konformität wurde nachgewiesen, die entsprechenden Erklärungen sind beim Hersteller hinterlegt.

Aus Sicherheitsund Zulassungsgründen (CE) ist das eigenmächtige Umbauen und/oder Verändern des Produktes nicht gestattet. Eine andere Verwendung als oben beschrieben ist nicht erlaubt und kann zur Beschädigung des Produkts führen. Darüber hinaus ist dies mit Gefahren, wie z.B. Kurzschluss, Brand, Stromschlag usw. verbunden. Lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung genau durch und bewahren Sie diese für späteres Nachschlagen auf.

-- Nässe oder zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit

-- Staub und brennbare Gase, Dämpfe oder Lösungsmittel.

•Das Produkt erwärmt sich bei Betrieb. Achten Sie auf eine ausreichende Belüftung; das Gehäuse darf nicht abgedeckt werden!

•Wenn anzunehmen ist, dass ein gefahrloser Betrieb nicht mehr möglich ist, so ist das Produkt außer Betrieb zu setzen und gegen unbeabsichtigten Betrieb zu sichern. Es ist anzunehmen, dass ein gefahrloser Betrieb nicht mehr möglich ist, wenn:

-- das Produkt sichtbare Beschädigungen aufweist, -- das Produkt nicht mehr arbeitet und

-- nach längerer Lagerung unter ungünstigen Verhältnissen oder -- nach schweren Transportbeanspruchungen.

•Schalten Sie das Produkt niemals gleich dann ein, wenn es von einem kalten in einen warmen Raum gebracht wird. Das dabei entstandene Kondenswasser kann unter ungünstigen Umständen Ihr Produkt zerstören. Lassen Sie das Produkt uneingeschaltet auf Zimmertemperatur kommen.

•Die Netzgeräte sind nicht für die Anwendung an Menschen und Tieren zugelassen.

•Eine Reparatur des Produkts darf nur durch eine Fachkraft bzw. einer Fachwerkstatt erfolgen.

1. INTENDED USE

The power pack serves as voltage supply for low-voltage devices with matching DC jacks. It is intended for connection to common household mains voltage (100 - 240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz). A galvanic separated DC voltage is applied to the output. The power consumption of the consuming device many not exceed the nominal voltage of the respective power pack (depends on the type). The product has a protection against short circuit and overload.

Unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the device are inadmissible because of safety and approval reasons (CE). Any usage other than described above is not permitted and can damage the product and lead to associated risks such as short-circuit, fire, electric shock, etc. Please read the operating instructions thoroughly and keep them for further reference.

We do not assume liability for resulting damages to property or personal injury if the product has been abused in any way or damaged by improper use or failure to observe these operating instructions. The warranty/ guarantee will then expire!

•The product is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children!

•When used in conjunction with other devices, observe the operating instructions and safety notices of connected devices.

•The product must not be subjected to heavy mechanical stress.

•The product must not be exposed it to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, intense vibration, or dampness.

•Never touch the device with wet or moist hands. There is a danger of electrocution.

•On commercial premises, the accident prevention regulations of the relevant professional insurance association for electrical systems and operating materials are to be observed.

•Operation in unfavourable ambient conditions is not permitted. Adverse ambient conditions are: -- moisture or excessive humidity

-- dust and combustible gases, vapours or solvents

•Since the device generates heat when operating, ensure that it is adequately ventilated. The housing must not be covered!

•If you have reason to assume that safe operation is no longer possible, then disconnect the device immediately and secure it against inadvertent operation. It can be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible if:

-- the device is visibly damaged, -- the device no longer functions

-- it has been stored for long periods of time under unfavourable conditions or -- it has been subject to considerable stress in transit.

•Never switch the device on immediately after having taken it from a cold to a warm environment. Under adverse conditions, the resulting condensation could destroy the device. Allow the device to reach room temperature before switching it on.

•Power units are not designed for application to human beings or animals.

4. OPERATION

Periodically check the technical safety of the device, e.g. check for damage to the housing etc.

Always lay the cable so that nobody can trip over or become entangled in it. This poses a risk of injury.

1.  Connect the DC plug of the power pack with the DC jack on the low-voltage device.

2.  The polarity cannot be altered. The plug has the fixed polarity „inside plus (+), outside minus (-)“.

3.  Make sure that the consumer is switched off when connected to the poower pack.

4.  Plug the power pack into a standard domestic wall socket. Correct operation is signaled at the power pack by a LED.

5.  To remove the consumer, proceed in reverse sequence.

5. Troubleshooting

By purchasing the power pack you have acquired a product that has been designed to the state of the art and is operationally reliable. Problems and malfunctions can occur nevertheless. We would therefore like to show how you can rectify certain faults yourself:

6. DISPOSAL
