IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

grasp the plug and pull from the power outlet. Never pull the cord. Never
carry the appliance by its cord.
5. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, especially
after the appliance has malfunctioned, or was dropped or damaged in
any manner. Return the complete appliance to your nearest authorized
service facility for examination, electrical repair, mechanical repair, or
adjustment.
6. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufactur
er may cause fire, electric shock or other injury.
7. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or a counter, or touch
hot surfaces.
8. Avoid touching hot surfaces. Use the handles and knobs instead.
9. Do not operate or place any part of this appliance near a hot electric or
gas burner or in a heated oven.
10.Handle the cord with caution. Do not yank it to disconnect the appli
ance. Instead, grasp its plug and pull it.
11. When using an extension cord with your appliance, make sure that the
extension cord is correctly wired and rated for such application.
