Vitamix Portion Blending System Installation Manual

Due to the weight of your Portion Blending System (PBS) do not lift or carry the PBS alone. Obtain the assistance of at least one other person when moving the PBS.

1. Turn the box containing the PBS on its side and open both the top and bottom of the box.

2. Slowly push from the top of the open box until the styrofoam extends out the bottom of the box about an inch past the box flaps.

3. With the help of one other person carefully tilt the box upright.

4. With the PBS upright, slide the box up and off of the machine. Remove the styrofoam packing and the contents from inside the Ice Bin of the PBS.

5. When lifting the machine onto the counter, position two people on opposite sides of the PBS and lift the machine from the bottom.

6. Read the Owners Manual for further instructions on setting up and operating your PBS.
