Only knowledge and the exact observance of this operating manual guarantee correct and reliable operation, achieve the best possible usage
and ensure any claims made within the framework of the Vetter guarantee.
Only a person who has been instructed in the use of Vetter Lifting Bags,
using the manufacturer operating manual and the instructions from the
user, is to be given the operation task.
The disposal of discarded lifting bags is to be carried out according to
disposal regulations valid for the region.
The operating instructions given here are to be regarded as part of the
product and are to be kept for the complete life duration of the product.
In case the product should be passed on to a successive user then the
operating instructions must also be included.

2.3 Application area
With heavy, unstable loads such as overturned buses, it is often not possible to use winches or hydraulic lifting gear due to high pressure point
load. With wedge bags buses can be lifted enabling trapped people to be
released.
Sharp edges should be avoided where possible.
There is a danger of damage to the pressure support
cladding. Sharp edged loads can cause dangerous
cuts, punctures or abrasions.
Wedge Lifting bags meet the requirements specied in DIN EN 13 371 as
well as GUV-G 9102 in the eld of re services. Further operational instructions are specied in the operating manual of the user.
