Ensure that all employees understand and follow the following.
Failure to read and understand this owner's manual before using or servicing the cart constitutes a misuse of the product. All persons who will use or care for this product must be familiar with this material. Warning: Using the pry lever bar in a manner inconsistent with the instructions in this document could cause serious personal injury and/or property damage.
Users must be of suitable physical condition!
They pry lever bar is intended for use on improved surfaces.
Comply with the established safety procedures when using the pry lever bar.
Only operate the pry bar from the end of the handle. Never place your head above the handle.
Do not exceed the pry lever bar's load ratings. Injury to personnel or permanent damage to the pry lever bar or the load could result from attempting to lift a load heavier than the stated capacity.
Do not apply more than 150 lbs. downward force on the end of the pry lever bar handle.
Do not hang on, sit on, or bounce on the pry bar lever in an attempt to tip or hold a load.
Always carefully watch the load that is being tipped.
Be certain no part of the any person or object is under any part of the load before lowering it to the ground.
Do not use the pry lever bar if it is damaged or in need of repairs.
Maintenance and repairs are to be done only by personnel qualified to perform the required work. Consideration will not be given for warranty repair charges without prior written authorization by the manufacturer.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
We take pride in using quality parts on the equipment we manufacture. We are not responsible for equipment problems resulting from the use of unapproved replacement parts.
To order replacement or spare parts for this equipment, contact the factory.
In any communication with the factory please be prepared to provide the machine's serial number, which is
indicated on the machines dataplate.
RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
Every unit is thoroughly tested and inspected prior to shipment. However, it is possible that the unit may incur damage during transit.
Inspect the unit closely when it arrives. If you see evidence of damage or rough handling to either the packaging or to the product when it is being unloaded, immediately make a note of it on the Bill of Lading!
It is important that you remove the product's packaging upon its arrival to ensure that there is no concealed damage or to enable the timely claim with the carrier for freight damage.
Also verify that the product and its specifications are as ordered.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Ensure that all employees involved in the operation of this cart understand and follow these instructions! The standard model PLB is intended to be used on approved surfaced to tip up an edge or corner of heavy objects so that lifting
equipment can get under the object to raise it off the ground.

The load rating of the wooden pry lever bar (series PLB-) is 4,250 pounds (for example, a 48" x 48" pallet which weighs a 4,250 pounds), and the rating of the steel pry lever bar (series PLB/S-) is 5,000 pounds.

To tip an object, roll the pry lever bar up to it and place the beveled edge of the steel nose plate under a point that will support the weight of the object when it is tipped. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE & SAFETY CHECKS
(A) Inspect daily for:
1.) Damage to the pry bar of the steel nose plate. (Cracks, bends or twists, etc.)
2.) Proper performance of the steel nose plat's wheels, i.e.: that the wheels and bearings are in good condition that the axle pins are held in place properly.
3.) Proper tightness of the steel nose plate's mounting hardware.
(3) Inspect monthly for:
1.) Looseness or wear of the steel nose plate's rollers or axle.
2.) Integrity of the retaining hardware of the rollers.
C) Load-test the pry lever bar monthly by applying a force of 150 lbs. to the end of the handle under normal use conditions.
PRODUCTS' WARRANTY
30- & 90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY The manufacturer warrants for the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days (wooden units) and 90 days (steel units) after date of shipment. Any part that is determined by the manufacturer to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to the factory, shipping costs prepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced at our option. Labor costs for warranty repairs and/or modifications are not covered unless pre-approved by the manufacturer of warranty. The limited warranty gives purchaser specific legal rights which vary from state to state. All specifications are subject to change without notice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the extent allowable under applicable law, the manufacturer's liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. The manufacturer's liability in any event is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid. Misuse or modifica­tion may void warranty. Warranty does not cover labor or consequential damages including, but not limited to, business interruption costs, lost profits, or lost business opportunities.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER The manufacturer has made a diligent effort to accurately illustrate and describe their products. However, such illustrations and descriptions are for the sole purpose of identification, and do not express or imply a warranty that the products are merchantable or fit for a particular purpose, or that the products will necessarily conform to the illustrations or descriptions. The provisions of the warranty shall be construed and enforced in accordance wit the Uniform Commercial Code and Laws enacted in the State of Indiana.
DISPOSITION Our company will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product that proves to be defective within the Limited Warranty Period. Warranty claims must be made in writing within said year.

El no leer y el no entender este manual del propietario antes del uso de la Barra de Palanca constituye un mal uso del producto. Todas las personas que usen o se encarguen de este producto deben de estar familiarizadas con este material. Aviso: Si usa la barra de palanca de una manera inconsistente con las instrucciones de este documento podria causar daños serios al personal y/o daños a la propiedad.
Los usuarios deben de estar en buena condición fisica!
La barra de palanca está intencionada para uso en superficies mejoradas.
Cumpla con los procedimientos de seguridad establecidos cuando use la barra de palanca.
Solo use la barra de palanca desd e el extremo del asa. Nunca ponga su cabeza sobre el asa. Nunca ponga su cabeza sobre el asa.
Nunca exceda la capacidad de carga de la barra de palanca. Daños al personal o daños permanentes a la barra de palanca o a la carga podrian ser el resultado de intentar elevar una carga más pesada de la capacidad tasada.
No ponga más de 150 lbs. de fuerza hacia abajo en el extremo del asa de la barra de palanca.
No se apoye, se siente, o salte en la barra de palanca para intentar volcar o aguantar la carga.
Siempre vigile con cuidado la carga que está siendo volcada.
Asegurese de que ninguna parte de ninguna persona u objecto está debajo de ninguna parte de la carga antes de descenderla al suelo.
No use la barra de palanca si está dañada o si necesita ser reparada.
Mantenimiento y reparaciones deben de ser hechas por personal calificado para hacer el trabajo. No se considerará reparaciones de garantia sin la previa autorización por escrito del fabricante.
CUANDO PIDA PARTES DE REPUESTO
Estamos ogullosos de usar partes de calidad en el equipo que fabricamos. No nos hacemos responsables por problemas en el equipo que resulten del uso del partes de repuesto no aprobadas. Para pedir partes de repuesto o partes de sobra para este equipo, contacte con el fabricante. En toda comunicación con el fabricante por favor esté proparado para dar el número del série de la máquina, que está indicado en la placa de la máquina.
iNSTRUCCIONES DE RECIBO
Cada unidad está totalmente probada e inspeccionada antes de ser enviada. Sin embargo, es posible que la unidad pudiese incurrir daños durante el tránsito. Inspeccione la unidad cuidadosamente cuando llegue. Si hay evidencia de daños o de maltrato del paquete o del producto cuando está siendo descargado, anótelo inmediatamente en el recibo de envio! Es importante que quite el empaquetado del producto nada más llegar para asegurarse de que no hay daños escondidos o para poder hacer una reclamación a tiempo con la empresa de transportes por daños. Tambien verfique que el producto y sus especifications son las que ha pedido.
