4. Caractéristiques

Se référer aux illustrations en page 2 de cette notice.

3 boulon de support (M14) 7 dispositif de blocage, partie fixe
4 carter de protection 8 semelle
6. Assemblage
Se référer aux illustrations en page 2 de cette notice. Le matériel nécessaire (non inclus) :
• clef plate : 10 mm, 14 mm, 17 mm, 22mm
• clef Allen : 6 mm
• [A] Monter le bras pivotant [2] sur la semelle [8] à l’aide de 2 boulons, écrous et rondelles.
• [A] Visser les vis d’ajustage [1] dans le bras pivotant [3]. Choisir l’endroit selon le type de
meuleuse utilisée.
• [B] Monter la partie fixe [7] du dispositif de blocage sur la semelle [8] à l’aide de 2 vis Allen,
écrous et rondelles. Monter dans l’encoche longue.
• [B] Monter la partie bloquante [6] du dispositif de blocage dans l’encoche courte. Utiliser le
boulon M8x35mm et l’écrou carré.
• [B] Placer le levier de blocage [5] sur le boulon, aligner le trou avec le trou fileté et insérer un
boulon M6x14mm.
• [C] Monter le carter de protection [4] sur la semelle [8] avec un boulon M6x14mm et écrou.
7. Emploi
• Contrôler l’état du support avant chaque utilisation. En cas d’un endommagement visuel, ne pas
utiliser le support. Commander des pièces de rechange éventuelles chez votre revendeur.
• Garder le lieu de travail propre.
• Placer le support sur une surface plate et solide capable de supporter le poids du support, de la
meuleuse et de la pièce à usiner. Ne pas utiliser le support sur une surface en pente.
• Nous vous conseillons de fixer le support à la table de travail avec 4 vis (non incluses) [8].
• Retirer la poignée de la meuleuse (non inclus, Ø 180/230 mm) et placer la meuleuse dans le bras
pivotant [2].
• Serrer les boulons de support [3] afin de maintenir la meuleuse. Serrer les boulons des deux
côtés.
• Serrer les vis d’ajustement [1] de manière à ce que la meuleuse soit solidement fixée dans le
bras [2].
• Placer la pièce à usiner sur la semelle [8] et la plaquer contre la partie fixe [7]. Repositionner
cette partie si nécessaire.
• [D] Faire glisser la partie bloquante [6] contre la pièce à usiner et tirer le levier de blocage [5]
pour fixer la pièce à usiner.
