• [B] Mount the fixed part [9] of the clamping assembly on the base [10] with 2 hex bolts,
washers and nuts. Mount in the longer of the 2 grooves.
• [B] Mount the clamping part [8] of the clamping assembly in the shorter groove. Use the
M8x35mm bolt and the square nut.
• [B] Place the clamping lever [7] over the bolt, small hole aligned with the threaded hole and
insert a bolt M6x14mm.
• [C] Mount the protection guard [6] on the base [10] using an M6x14mm bolt and nut.
7. Use
• Inspect the grinder stand for signs of damage before every use. When damage is noticed, do
not use it. Contact your local dealer for repair and/or spare parts.
• Keep the working area clean at all times.
• Place the grinder stand on a flat and steady surface capable of carrying the weight of the stand
and the work piece. Do not use on slopes etc. …
• For security reasons, it is highly recommended to attach the grinder stand to the work bench.
Screw 4 screws (not incl.) through the 4 corners of the base [10].
• Remove the handle from a suitable grinder (not incl., size 115/125mm) and place it in the grinder
holder [3].
• Use the appropriate bolts and nuts [4] or [5] to hold the grinder in place. Apply bolts on both
sides of the grinder.
• Position the lateral supports [2] in such a way that the grinder is securely fixed and can not
move inside the holder [3].
• Place the work piece on the base [10] against the fixed part [9] of the clamping assembly. When
necessary, reposition the latter.
• [D] Slide the clamping part [8] of the clamping assembly against the work piece and move the
clamping lever [7] clockwise to clamp the work piece.
• Switch on the grinder.
• [D] When the grinder is at full speed, gently pull down the lever [1].
• When finished, gently lift the lever [1].
• Switch off the grinder and wait until the grinding disc comes to a full stop before handling the
work piece.

• [A] Visser les vis d’ajustage [2] dans le bras pivotant [3]. Choisir l’endroit selon le type de
meuleuse utilisée.
• [B] Monter la partie fixe [9] du dispositif de blocage sur la semelle [10] à l’aide de 2 vis Allen,
écrous et rondelles. Monter dans l’encoche longue.
• [B] Monter la partie bloquante [8] du dispositif de blocage dans l’encoche courte. Utiliser le
boulon M8x35mm et l’écrou carré.
• [B] Placer le levier de blocage [7] sur le boulon, aligner le trou avec le trou fileté et insérer un
boulon M6x14mm.
• [C] Monter le carter de protection [6] sur la semelle [10] avec un boulon M6x14mm et écrou.
7. Emploi
• Contrôler l’état du support avant chaque utilisation. En cas d’un endommagement visuel, ne pas
utiliser le support. Commander des pièces de rechange éventuelles chez votre revendeur.
• Garder le lieu de travail propre.
• Placer le support sur une surface plate et solide capable de supporter le poids du support, de la
meuleuse et de la pièce à usiner. Ne pas utiliser le support sur une surface en pente.
• Nous vous conseillons de fixer le support à la table de travail avec 4 vis (non incluses) [10].
• Retirer la poignée de la meuleuse (non inclus, Ø 115/125 mm) et placer la meuleuse dans le bras
pivotant [3].
• Serrer les boulons de support [4] ou [5] afin de maintenir la meuleuse. Serrer les boulons des
deux côtés.
• Serrer les vis d’ajustement [2] de manière à ce que la meuleuse soit solidement fixée dans le
bras [3].
• Placer la pièce à usiner sur la semelle [10] et la plaquer contre la partie fixe [9]. Repositionner
cette partie si nécessaire.
• [D] Faire glisser la partie bloquante [8] contre la pièce à usiner et tirer le levier de blocage [7]
pour fixer la pièce à usiner.
• Allumer la meuleuse.
• [D] Attendre que le disque tourne à plein régime et tirer doucement la poignée [1] vers vous.
• Relever la poignée [1].
• Éteindre la meuleuse et attendre que le disque ne tourne plus avant de manier la pièce usinée.
