Safety

ATTENTION! When using power tools, the following basic safety measures are to be taken as protection against electric shock, personal injury and risk of fire. Read and observe these instructions before using the equipment.
Spray materials emerge from nozzle tips under high pressure. ATTENTION! Danger of injection- Never point the spray stream towards human beings or animals.
The spray gun is to be used only for paints and solvents with a 21°C flash point or higher (See information on the material tin. Hazard class A II and A Ill permitted).
The spray gun is not to be used in work places covered by Ex-protection regulations.
To avoid the hazard of explosion when spraying, provide for effective natural or artificial ventilation.
No sources of ignition are to be in the immediate area when spraying, e.g. open flame, cigarettes, sparks, glowing wires and hot surfaces.
Before carrying out any work on the spray gun, unplug the lead from the power socket.
Do not use spray guns to spray flammable liquids.
The spray guns are not to be cleaned with flammable solvents which have a flash point under 21 °C.
Take precautionary measures against potential hazards from the spray liquid and follow any instructions given on containers or laid down by the manufacturer of the liquid.
Do not spray any liquid of unknown hazard potential.
Wear a breathing mask and ear protection.

Set-Up

Checking the Viscosity of Your Paint

1. Get the larger viscosity cup and dip it into your paint:
2. Ensuring it's full to the rim, lift it up and time how long it takes to empty.
Below is a chart for comparison:

NOTE: if paint it too thick, please add appropriate thinner to your paint mix to ensure your sprayer does not clogged up.

Sprayer Set-Up

1. Remove canister and pour paint into it.
2. Screw canister back onto sprayer.
3. Connect the hose.

4. Adjust the horizontal (HH), vertical (VV) or diagonal (CC) nozzle. Unscrew, turn nozzle and screw back on.
5. Adjust the spray amount.

6. Connect to mains and power on.

7. Always do test coats and ensure canister is refilled when there is roughly one quarter remaining, otherwise your paint will splatter.
8. Always aim the sprayer facing directly to the surface and keep your wrist firm. Do not move with your wrist as spraying on an angle with result in uneven coverage. Also always use the same motion:

Maintenance

Clean your sprayer after every use.
Use appropriate cleaning solvents (depending on the base of the material used).
Remove all removable parts (canister, nozzle, etc.) and also clean with appropriate cleaning solvents.
Allow to completely dry.
Turn off sprayer when not in use.
Store in a clean and dry environment.

The product has been supplied by a general merchandise retailer that may not be familiar with your specific application or description of application. Be sure to attain third-party approval from a qualified specialist for your application before use, regardless of any assurances from the retailer or its representatives.
This product is not intended for use where fail-safe operation is required. As with any product (for example, automobile, computer, toaster), there is the possibility of technical issues that may require the repair or replacement of parts, or the product itself. If the possibility of such failure and the associated time it may take to rectify could in any way inconvenience the user, business or employee, or financially affect the user, business or employee, then the product is not suitable for your requirements.
