Operation
This impact wrench featur es a c ent r i fu gal clutch which engages when there's enough torqu e. I f you feel that
there's no force at all to turn a bolt, pull the trigger in more.
Due to the fact this impact wr enc h uses a 12v battery, there is insufficient power to use a clutch-less system.
Once there is enough speed, the clutch will engage.
Also note, do not over use the impact wrench. Release off the trigger when the bolt is sufficie ntly tight.
The size of the bolt will also det ermine the torque. Refer to table below:
Tool service must be perf or m ed only by qualified repair personnel. Serv ice or maintenance performed by
unqualified personnel co ul d r esult i n a r isk of injury.
When servicing a tool, use only identical replacement parts. Follow instructions in the maintenance section of
this manual. Use of unauthorized parts or failure t o follow maintenance instructions may create a risk of electric
shock or injury.
Warning: hold tools by insulated gripping surfaces w hen performing an operation where the cutting tools may
contact hidden wiring or a s ow n cor d. Contact with a “live” wire will make exposed metal parts or the tool “live”
and shock the operator. Be s ur e t o w ear safety goggles when operating this device.
Use clamps or other method t o secur e and support the workplace to a stable platfor m. Holding the work by
hand or against your body is unst able and may lead to loss of control.
Do not force tool. Use the corr ect t ool for your application. The correct tools will do the j ob bet ter and safer at
the rate for which it is designed.
Do not use tool if switch does not t ur n it on or off. Any tool that cannot be controlled with the swit ch is
dangerous and must be repaired.
Disconnect the plug from the pow er source before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing
the tool. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the t ool accidentally.
Store idle tools out of reach of chil dr en and other untrained persons. Tools are danger ous in the hands of
untrained users.
Maintain tools with care. Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly ma intained tools with sharp cutting
edges are less likely to bind and ar e easier to control.
Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, and any other condition that may
affect the tools operation. If damaged, have the tool serviced before using. Many accidents are caused by
poorly maintained tools.
Use only accessories recommended by the manufacturer for your model. Accessories that are suitable for
one tools, may become hazards when used with another tool.
