Integrated Frame

The door panel mus t n o t weigh more than 20 lbs
(1 0 k g).
It is important to ensure t h at all dril led holes are
drilled to the correct de pt h i n or d e r to av o i d
splits i n the wood when hardware is instal led.
When appl ying an integr ated panel to a unit ,
ensure that both sides a r e finish ed in order to
prevent warping. In some frame installa tions,
the panel may be visib l e throug h the glass while
the d oor is open.

It is important to ensure t h at all dril led holes are
drilled to the correct dep t h in o r der to avoid
splits in th e wood w h en hardwood is installed.
8. Loc a t e 6 of t h e #6 x 1-1/4" ( 3 2 m m) sc rews prov ided
wi th y o ur unit.
9. Us ing a Phill i ps sc rewdri ver, p l ace one screw into each
of the 6 pilot holes and s c rew down. Do not ov ertighten
sc rews.
10. B e s ure the s c rews forc e th eir way past the opening on
the gas k et c h annel and s i t flus h agai ns t t h e bottom of
the c h annel.

11. R emove clam ps from door/drawer.
If panel req u ires additional adju stment after
removing clamps, slig htly loosen each screw and
adjust panel as n e cessary. Tig h ten screw s upon
completion.
12 . S ta rt ing at the c o rners, re-inst a ll the gas k et i n t o the
gask et ch an nel in the fram e. Make sure the gasket is
full y s e at ed. This may ta ke some f o rc e.

normal operating condit io ns. It is not desi gned
