Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Ubiquiti® LTU™5 GHz Subscriber
Station. This Quick Start Guide is designed to guide you through installation and also includes warranty terms.

Installation Requirements
• 13 mm wrench
(Recommended) 2 Outdoor Gigabit PoE surge protectors
Note: For guidelines about grounding and lightning
protection, follow your local electrical regulatory codes.
Outdoor, shielded Category 6 (or above) cabling and shielded RJ45 connectors are required for all wired Ethernet connections.

Reset Button
To reset to factory defaults, press and hold the Reset button for more than 10 seconds while the device is poweredon.
USB-C Port
Reserved for future use.
LEDs
5 GHz 5 GHz The LED will light blue when the 5GHz link
is active.
GPS GPS The LED will light blue when the GPS signal
strength is sufficient. This requires a minimum of three satellite connections.
UNMS The center LED will light when there is a
connection to the Ubiquiti® Network Management
System (UNMS™) server.
LAN The LED will light steady blue when an active
Ethernet connection is made to the Ethernet port and flash when there is activity.
Power The LED will light blue when the device is
connected to a power source.

Ethernet Port
Ethernet Port Gigabit PoE port for handling all user traffic
and powering the device. Default IP address: 192.168.1.20
Pole Mounting
1. Remove the lock nut.
2. Attach the Mount Bracket.
3. Replace the lock nut.
4. Insert the U-Bolt into the Pole Clamp.

5. Insert the U-Bolt into the Mount Bracket. Secure the U-Bolt
with the Washers and Flange Nuts.
