TurboChef Oven Cleaner (any other cleaner can damage critical parts and void warranty), TurboChef Oven Guard, cleaning towel s, protective eyewear, and dust mask (optional).

Step 1: Prepare Oven
1a. Turn off the oven by pressing the “Back” key while in
the main menu.
DO NOT begin cleaning oven until display reads “Ready
to Clean.”
1b. Oven will display “Oven Off-Cooling Down.”

Oven operates at approxi mately 520ºF (270ºC). To
void injury, allow approximately 90 minutes to cool.

Step 2: Remove Lower Access Panel and Wipe out
Crumbs (with damp cloth; no chemicals)
The Lower Access Panel is attached to the ove n via four
clips. To remove it, grab it on each end and GENTLY tug
one side, then the other. Repeat until panel comes off.
Step 3: Remove Stone/Rack
DO NOT wash Cook Stone (water and pressure can break it).
DO NOT use Oven Cleaner or Guard to clean Cook Stone.
Y dry-scrub stone with nylon scrub pad to remove food

Remove the wire rack and wash, rinse, sanitize, and air-dry.
Step 4: Lift Bottom Element
DO NOT use Oven Cleaner on the bottom element.
Wipe debris from the bottom of the oven cavity.

Saturate clean towel with Oven Cleaner and clean the
