Note: The Smart Plug only supports 2.4GHz networks.
3 Launch Kasa and follow the in-app instructions
to connect the Smart Plug to your network.

Troubleshooting
1. What devices c an I control wit h the Sma rt Plug?
You can control lights, fans, hu midifiers , portable h eater s, and
any small appliances in accordance with the Smart Plug’s
specifications.
2. What should I do when I ca n’t turn devices on or of f?
• M ake sure the dev ices connected to the Smar t Plug are tur ned
on.
• M ake sure your mo bile device a nd the Smart Plug are
connected to the same network.
3. What should I do when th e Wi-Fi L ED is lit solid re d?
A red LED l ight indica tes no ne twor k conn ection.
• Check your network connectivity.
• Reloc ate the S mart Plug. Avo id placing th e Smar t Plug near
potential sources of radio signal i nter feren ce.
• Repeat the configuration process.
• Factor y reset the Smart Pl ug and try to add it agai n.
4. How do I pair the Smart Plugs with Amazon Alexa?
