Removing the keyboard from the Netbook Mini NB205 / NB305 series will take approximately 5 minutes. Required
tools will be a Phillips size P0 screwdriver.

Step#1
Using a size Phillips P0 size screwdriver remove these five screws.
Step#2
Keeping the cover closed flip over the netbook. Open the cover. Next, remove the keyboard cover panel. The keyboard
and frame can easily be removed by pulling up and away from you. There will be 3 tabs on either size of the keyboard
frame giving you some resitance. Do not pull too hard on the keyboard as the keyboard cable is still locked to the
motherboard.

Step#3
Final step requires you to carefully pull and unlock the ZIF socket to remove the keyboard cable. A tip to unlock the
ZIF socket is to slowly pull a little on the left side and then repeat for the right side in a slow rocking motion. Pulling
too hard on this socket will break it requiring a new motherboard.
