To get your rebate faster:
1. Go to www.web-rebates.com/toshiba/M0023040.
2. Click “pre-qualify online.” Enter UPC number. Enter contact
information and clearly check the box next to your offer choice.*
3. Print out Confirmation form. Enclose the complete product label
cut away from the Satellite Computer box that includes the UPC
code and numbers, Toshiba Part Number and Serial Number.
4. Enclose a clean, clear copy of the original receipt/packing slip
dated from April 15, 2007 to May 26, 2007, indicating your
purchase and mail it to the address below along with the complete
product label cut from the Satellite Computer box.
Rebate Offer Period, Eligible Products.
REBATES: This mail-in rebate offer is valid only with purchases from
April 15, 2007 to May 26, 2007of the Satellite A205-S4639 (part
#PSAFCU-00F009) or Satellite A205-S4638 (part #PSAFCU-00F008).
Other offers or rebates: This rebate may not be combined, and is
not valid in conjunction with other Toshiba offers or rebates for the same
products, unless specified otherwise by Toshiba.
Eligible participants: To qualify for this rebate, End User must be a
legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older. Only the actual purchaser of
the qualifying product(s) may participate. Toshiba Enterprise direct End
User and Toshiba distributors, resellers, and employees of Toshiba
America Information Systems, Inc. are ineligible for this rebate. The
rebate check must be presented for payment within the period specified
on the check (or 120 days from the date of the check if not specified). If
not presented in time, the check will be void and the rebate unavailable.
End User must keep copies of all materials sent. Materials received
become the property of Toshiba and will not be returned. Please allow
6-8 weeks for receipt of check. For faster processing of rebate claim, or

or call 1-888-221-4317 (7:00AM-7:00PM MST, M-F). Toshiba is not
responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail. It is illegal to submit multiple
rebate requests for the same product purchased. Use of multiple

could result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes
(18 USC, Sections 1341-1342).
Restrictions: Only one rebate per qualifying purchase and limit one

the 50 United States, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia only.
Refurbished, used or “B” stock products are not eligible. Promotion is
void where prohibited or restricted by law.

choice is unclear on End User's claim form, Toshiba will, at its sole discretion, provide either the cash back option, the Toshiba 15.4” Mobile
Backpack and DEFCON Cable Lock or Toshiba 120W AC Adapter. If
the Toshiba 15.4” Mobile Backpack and DEFCON Cable Lock or
Toshiba 120W AC Adapter are not available, the cash back option will
be applied. End User may not change End User's choice, as indicated
on the claim form once End User's claim form is submitted to Toshiba.
Toshiba products may not be returned for refund once the rebate form
has been submitted. Failure to submit any of the requested documentation will delay or prevent rebate issuance. Toshiba also reserves the right
