REBATES: This mail-in rebate offer is valid only with purchases from

June 27, 2006 to August 5, 2006 of the Satellite A105-S4134 (part #PSAA8U-0K202K) or A105-S4132 (part #PSAA8U-0K202R) by an end user customer (“End User”).

Eligible participants: To qualify for this rebate, End User must be a legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older. Only the actual purchaser of the qualifying product(s) may participate. Toshiba Enterprise direct End User and Toshiba distributors, resellers, and employees of Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. are ineligible for this rebate. The rebate check must be presented for payment within the period specified on the check (or 120 days from the date of the check if not specified).
