Conditions

TheT oroCompanyanditsafliate,T oroW arrantyCompany ,pursuanttoanagreement
betweenthem,jointlypromisetorepairtheT oroProductlistedbelow ,whenusedfor
residentialpurposes*,ifdefectiveinmaterialsorworkmanshiporifitstopsfunctioning
duetothefailureofacomponent,fortheperiodlistedbelow.

TheT oroCompanyanditsafliate,T oroW arrantyCompany ,pursuanttoanagreement
betweenthem,guaranteethatyourT oroGTS(GuaranteedtoStart)engine,when
usedforresidentialpurposes*,willstartontherstorsecondpull,providedtheroutine
maintenancerequiredintheOperator’sManualhasbeenperformed,orwewillxit
freeofcharge.TheGTSStartingGuaranteedoesnotapplyundercommercialuse.

Thiswarrantycoversthecostofpartsandlabor,butyoumustpaytransportationcosts.

*Residentialpurposesmeansuseoftheproductonthesamelotasyourhome.Useatmorethan

onelocationisconsideredcommercialuseandthecommercialwarrantywouldapply.

TheseT oroProductsusedforcommercial,institutional,orrentaluse,arewarranted
for45daysagainstdefectsinmaterialsorworkmanship.Componentsfailingdue
tonormalweararenotcoveredbythiswarranty .Fortheenginewarrantyperiods,
seethetableabove.

OwnerResponsibilities

YoumustmaintainyourT oroProductbyfollowingthemaintenanceprocedures
describedintheOperator’sManual.Suchroutinemaintenance,whetherperformedby
adealerorbyyou,isatyourexpense.Partsscheduledforreplacementasrequired
maintenance(“MaintenanceParts”),arewarrantedfortheperiodoftimeuptothe
scheduledreplacementtimeforthatpart.Failuretoperformrequiredmaintenance
andadjustmentscanbegroundsfordisallowingawarrantyclaim.

AllrepairscoveredbythesewarrantiesmustbeperformedbyanAuthorizedT oro
ServiceDealerusingT oroapprovedreplacementparts.RepairbyanAuthorizedT oro
ServiceDealerisyoursoleremedyunderthiswarranty .

NeitherTheToroCompanynorToroW arrantyCompanyisliableforindirect,
incidental,orconsequentialdamagesinconnectionwiththeuseofthe
ToroProductscoveredbythesewarranties,includinganycostorexpense
ofprovidingsubstituteequipmentorserviceduringreasonableperiodsof
malfunctionornon-usependingcompletionofrepairsunderthesewarranties.

Somestatesdonotallowexclusionsofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,or
limitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheaboveexclusionsmaynot
applytoyou.

Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrights
whichvaryfromstatetostate.

CustomerswhohavepurchasedT oroproductsoutsidetheUnitedStatesorCanada
