5 RU, 10 Slot Optical Links Chassis / Power Supply

The Light Link OCMR Rack Chassis / Mainframe is the
heart of the Light links optical transmission system. The
OCMR is a 5 RU chassis which holds up to 10 single
width modules with all RF, Data and Power connections
on the rear motherboard.

The chassis includes a redundant power supply/control
component which includes the 4 line LCD display of
chassis functions, operating parameters. All status moni­toring and network management functions is accessed
from this control panel.

1550 transmitters
EDFA’s
Return path receivers
Forward path receivers
RF amplifiers
Line transmission modules (Ethernet)
Optical couplers / splitters
DWDM / CWDM
RF Protection switch
