Introduction
Thank you for purchasing this tablet. Your new tablet enables
you to play games, read e-books, playback music and videos,
surf the internet via wireless connection, use apps from the
Google Play store and much more. This manual contains
important safety information and operation instructions, so
please read all the instructions carefully before using the device
and keeps it for future reference.
Note:We have done our best to produce a complete and
accurate manual. However, we cannot ensure there are no
errors or omissions. We also have no responsibility for
damages or losses of data caused by improper operation.
Important Safety Precautions
Always follow these basic safety precautions when using your
device. This will reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, product
damage and personal injury.
Warning: Do not expose the device to rain or moisture to
prevent fire or electric shock hazard.
Do not use the earphone at a high volume to prevent

hearing damages.
Do not expose the device to water (dripping or splashing)
and no objects filled with liquids can be placed on the unit,
such as vases.
Keep the device away from direct sunlight and heat source
such as radiators or stoves.
Do not place the device on unstable cart, stand, tripod,
bracket or table. The unit may fall, resulting in possible
damage or injury.
Never place heavy or sharp objects on the LCD panel or
device.
Unplug the power from the outlet when the unit is not in use.
Cleaning
Before cleaning the device make sure it is turned off.
Never spray or pour liquid directly onto the screen or plastic
casing.
To clean the LCD screen, wipe the screen with a clean, soft,
lint-free cloth.
To clean the plastic casing and the device, use a soft, dry
cloth.

any ammonia or alcohol-based cleaners on the LCD screen or
plastic casing. Some chemical cleaners have been reported to
damage the screen and/or display case. Authorized Dealer will
not be liable for damage resulting from the use of any ammonia
or alcohol-based cleaners.
Product introduction
1.1 Touch panel
7” Capacitive touch panel: Use your fingers to click, drag,
and swipe on the screen.
1.2 POWER
Startup: Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds, the
system will power on and boot to the home screen.
Shutdown: In the main menu interface, Press the power
button about 5 second to shutdown. The system will prompt you

to restart, power off. Select "power off" option to safely shut
down.
Lock screen: Short press Power button to lock screen or
unlock screen.
Remark】1.When the battery is low the system will shut down
automatically.
2.If the device is powered off without proper
shutdown, on the next start-up the system will automatically
scan the memory for errors and repair if needed. This process
may take longer time than usual to enter into system.
1.3 Volume +, Volume-
The buttons on top Volume +, Volume- increase and
decrease sound volume.

Basic operation
Charging the battery
Connect the tablet to the power source using the included
power adapter.
Note: The tablet may also be charged by connecting it to a
computer using the USB cable. However, it will take much
longer to fully charge.
Battery Tips:
Turn off WI-FI when it’s not in use.
Lock the tablet (the display is off) to shorten charging
time.
To optimize battery time and performance, adjust the
"Brightness" options in the Settings app.
Inserting Micro SD card
The tablet supports Micro SD cards up to 32GB.

Insert the card into the SD card slot until it clicks and locks
into place.

To access the Micro SD card, select "My Pad" from the Apps
screen.
Unmount & remove the Micro SD card
1.
Open “Settings”, Select “Storage”.
2.
Select “Unmount SD card”.
3. It is now safe to remove the card from the tablet.
4. To remove the card, gently push it in until it pops out.
Note:
Do not use force when inserting the card.
Make sure to unmount the card before taking it out of the
tablet.
Conserve Internal Memory
It is strongly recommended to purchase and install a Micro SD

card before transferring or downloading media files.
Note: Transfer and store media files such as music, pictures
and videos on to a Micro SD card and avoid placing these types
of files in the internal memory of the tablet - this will conserve
the internal memory, and allow you to download more apps.
Turning on the tablet
Press and hold the Power button until the startup screen
appears.
Unlock (enter) the tablet
Slide the “Lock icon” to the right .
Lock (standby) the tablet
To lock or unlock the tablet, briefly press the button (Lock the
device to conserve the battery).
Turning off the tablet
Press and hold the button until the Power off dialog appears.
Home screen
On the Home screen, you can place app shortcuts and widgets
and scroll to other Home screens by swiping the screen left and
right.

Access apps & widgets screen
Press to access the Apps & Widgets screens. In the Apps &
widgets screens, swipe the screen left or right to scroll through
multiple pages of apps and widgets. Press to return to the
Home screen.
The Status Bar is available on all screens and apps of the
tablet.
Placing apps & widgets on the Home screen
1. Access to Apps screen.
2. Select the app or widget which you want to place on Home
screen.
3. Press and hold the selected app or widget until the blue
rectangle appears. Release your finger and now you can
see the app or widget has been placed on Home screen.
Removing shortcuts or widgets
Press and hold the app or widget and slide it as shown below.

Connections
Connecting to WI-FI
1. Open “Settings”.
2.
Select “Wi-Fi On”.
3. Select a network.
4. If required, enter the correct password and select “Connect”.
5.
When the tablet is connected to a network, the WI-FI signal

icon will appear on the Status Bar and “Connected” will
appear under the selected network.
Note: To conserve battery life, please turn off WI-FI when not
connected to a network.
Connecting the tablet to a PC or MAC
1.
Connect the included USB cable to the USB port of the
tablet and USB port of the computer.
2.
The "USB connected" screen appears and select “Turn on
USB storage”.

Note: While connected to the computer, you can also access
the “USB connected” screen from the Status Bar as shown
below.
3. Select "Turn off USB storage" on the tablet to disconnect it
from the computer.

Connecting to TV Set
HDMI switch can switch your video display from tablet to a TV
or monitor with HDMI input. While the tablet screen is shown on
TV or monitor, tablet will become a touch pad for all operations,
including switching video display back to the tablet screen.
To set as below:
1.
Connect the tablet to the HDTV/monitor with the included
HDMI cable.
2. Choose the correct input source setting on TV/monitor.
3. Tap on a compatible video format the TV/monitor can
accept.
4.
Wait for a few seconds, the tablet video will be show up on
the TV/monitor screen. It indicates that your tablet have
connected to the HDTV/monitor already.

Select on the apps screen to enter camera app. The camera
app lets you take pictures or videos with the built-in, front facing
camera.
Share pictures to Email
To utilize this feature, an Email account must be set up for this
option to appear.
Share: Share the selected picture through Email.
Trash: Delete the selected picture.

Video chat
Use the built-in, front facing camera to video chat with friends
and family.

Setting up e-mail
Select “Email on the Home or Apps screen and follow the
instructions to set up your email account on the tablet. (You
must connect to WI-FI before accessing or setting up email
accounts).

Transferring and managing files
It is possible to manage and transfer media files to the tablet by
connecting it to your computer.
File Manager
To view, open, copy or delete files on the internal memory of the
tablet, inserted Micro SD card or USB stick, select "My pad" on
the Apps screen.
When the icon is in use (the color of this icon turns green),
you can select a file or a folder by tapping them and do some
operations for the file or folder. When the icon is not in use
(the color is gray), you can open a file or a folder by tapping
them.
Edit a file or folder
When the icon is in use (the color of this icon turns
green
),
tap a file or folder to select them,
then select the toolbar

View Arrangement of files or folders
You can view your files or folders by list or thumbnail through

Multimedia
Use the tablet to store and play music, pictures and video files.
Music
Tap Music icon to access music files stored on the tablet.
Settings
Settings app:
Customize and select options to increase battery performance,
WI-FI options, manage apps and more.

Restore
In the event that the tablet freezes or does not function properly,
try correcting the problem by pressing and holding the Power
button for about 10 seconds until shutdown to reset your tablet.
Note: If the problem persists, it may be necessary to restore the
tablet to the factory default settings:
1.
Select "Settings " from the Apps screen.
2.
Select "Backup & reset".
3. Select "Factory data reset" (this will erase data stored on the
device so make sure to back up your data prior to using this
option).

Trouble shooting
Before resorting to maintenance service, please kindly check by
yourself with the following chart.

There is no sound coming from the device.
