The present Electric Water Heater (EWH) belongs to the category of Instantaneous water heaters and Is determined for hot water production for everyday necessities In premises with a cold water main with operating pressure not less than 0,05 MPa und not more than 0,6 MPa.

Installation and Operation Rules

All sanitary and electric Installation works of installation, putting Into operation and repair of the water heater must be made by qualiﬁed specialists. Sanitary piping and Isolation valves must correspond to the water mains system data and have necessary quality certiﬁcates. The water heater must be Installed Indoors In the premises with room temperature.

All maintenance rules and requirements of electrical appliances concerning connection to the water supply existing in your region must be observed.

It is necessary to follow the following rules during water heater Installation and maintenance:

do not operate the water heater without ground connection;

do not switch the EWH on, unless it Is installed on the wall vertically and ﬁlled with water;

do not close the EWH hot water discharge and not to connect to it to any kinds of Isolation

valves; do not the plug the appliance In and out with wet hands;

do not leave the plugged in EWH unattended;

do not make any service works with the plugged in EWH;

do not make service maintenance of the water heater using the spare parts, which were not

recommended by the water heater manufacturer; protect the water heater from Ingress of mechanical substances existing in the water through

installation of standard home strainers; do not use the water from the water heater for cooking meals.

Please, draw attention of your children that they must not play with the EWH. The EWH Is not designed to be operated by people (including children) with physical, tactile or mental disorders, as well as people who cannot use the EWH, unless it is made under control and according to the Instructions of people responsible for the EWH security.

The EWH Is Installed on the wall vertically according to the shower nozzle or drain length as well as the attaching point of the shower nozzle supporting arm. Possible variants of the EWH Installation are given in Fig. 1. During Installation the EWH must be installed In such a way that the water spray doesn't ingress its housing.

In order to connect the EWH of the models TIP 500 and TIP 700 to the power supply network it Is necessary to put down the upper cover of the water heater and connect the conductive electric cable (not Included into delivery) to the terminal block on the EWH housing as follows: connect the yellowgreen cable wire to the terminal E «earth», the blue cable wire to the terminal N «null», the brown (white, black) cable wire to the terminal L «phase».

For connection we recommend to use a three-core cable with sectional area of each core not less than

4 mm . Before starting the electric wiring Installation It Is necessary to cut off power from the power

supply net to which the EWH Is connected. Firstly, the cable Is connected to the EWH and then to the switch. In order to disconnect the EWH from the power supply net one should use a two-pole switch (not Included into delivery) with plug fuse, with gap between the disengaged contacts not less than 3 mm at all poles, 30 A for TIP 500 and 40 A for TIP 700. Before putting the EWH Into operation It Is necessary to ﬁx the cover. The EWH model TIP 350 has an integrated plugged cable. In order to connect the given model to the power supply net it is enough to put the cable plug into the socket, which must have an earth connector. The socket must be located in the place without water ingress. The electric wiring, security and switchgears must stand current load not less than 30 A for TIP 500, not less than 40 A for TIP 700 and not less than 20 A for TIP 350. Before the EWH connection to the power supply net ﬁll it with water.

Operation

Switch on the EWH power supply inserting the power cord plug into the socket or switching on the multipolar switch. Softly turn the cold water supply tap handle. Press the network switch button on the front plate. In this case the light indication of the network switch button will switch on. Wait for 15-20 sec until the outlet water temperature becomes stable. If the EWH outlet water is very cold, reduce the water supply, if very hot – it is necessary to increase the water supply. The cold tap water temperature may alternate signiﬁcantly within the year from 5°C to 20°C. It means that at the same EWH outlet water temperature the water ﬂow in winter will be less than in summer. The shower spraying mode can be regulated by turning the handle to the position «winter» or «summer» (for shower nozzles with automated switch) or by installation of removable rings (for shower nozzles with removable rings). The water spraying mode has a huge impact on the shower operation. The shower handle position «winter» (or reduction of the rings number with openings) provides effective water spraying at a smaller volume.

The two-button EWH models have different power modes. For TIP 500 the left button stands for the 2,0 kW mode; the right – for 3,0 kW, totally – for 5,0 kW. For TIP 700 both buttons separately correspond to 3,5 kW, totally – to 7 kW. The user may choose any suitable power mode.

After use of the EWH turn the water heater off by pressing the network switch button/buttons. The water heating will stop; the light indicators will go out. With the cork cut off the cold water supply to the EWH.

Technical maintenance

The EWH does not require special technical maintenance. In case of difﬁculties in the EWH operation or in case of defects in the water heater operation contact the qualiﬁed specialist.

Keep the EWH surface safe from damages, blows und inﬂuence of active solvents.

Wipe the dirty EWH surfaces with soft damp cloth moistured in soapy water. Do not use here any abrasive or chemically active detergents. Rub the sprinkle shower and kitchen nozzles from the dirt regularly.

If the power cord (part of delivery) is damaged, it must be replaced with the power cord delivered by the manufacturer or the service centre.

All works for the EWH maintenance must be done after it was disconnected from the electrical network.

Utilization

All water heater components consist of materials which In – case of necessity allow ecologically sustainable utilization to be carried out according to norms and rules of the buyer's country of residence. Provided that the Installation, operation and maintenance rules are observed and the consumed water quality complies with the current standards, the manufacturer sets the 3 years service life time of the EWH.

Manufacturer Guarantee

The manufacturer sets the water heater guarantee period for 2 years. The guarantee period starts from the EWH date of sale. In case the date of sale on the shop stamp Is absent or has been corrected the guarantee period starts from the date of the water heater production mentioned on the nameplate on the appliance housing. The claims during the guarantee period shall be accepted only in the presence of this manual with marks of the sales company and the nameplate on the EWH housing.

ENEN

The guarantee covers only the water heater used for needs not related to any commercial activities. The buyer bears the responsibility for compliance with installation and connection rules (in case of unassisted connection) or the Installation organization performing the Installation.

During the water heater installation and operation the user must follow the requirements providing for reliable operation of the appliance during the guarantee period:

fulﬁll the protective measures and installation, connection, operation and maintenance rules

stated in this manual; exclude mechanical damages due to negligent storage, transport and installation;

exclude the appliance damages due to water freezing;

use only water without any mechanical and chemical impurities.

The manufacturer is not responsible for failures occurring due to violation by the user of the water heater installation, operation and technical maintenance rules stated in this manual, including cases when these failures occurred due to inadmissible networks characteristics (electrical and water supply) under which the EWH operates as well as due to the third parties interference.

Repairs or replacement of the components and accessories during the guarantee period shall not

prologue the total EWH guarantee period. The installation of electric connection and the ﬁrst use of the EWH must be performed by the qualiﬁed specialist.

Установка и правила эксплуатации

Все сантехнические и электромонтажные работы по монтажу, пуску в эксплуатацию и ремонту водонагревателя должны проводиться квалифицированными специалистами. Сантехническая подводка и запорная арматура должны соответствовать параметрам водопроводной сети и иметь необходимые сертификаты качества. Водонагреватель должен быть установлен в помещении, в котором поддерживается комнатная температура.

Все правила эксплуатации электроприборов и требования по подключению к водопроводу, существующие в вашем регионе, должны быть соблюдены.

Необходимо руководствоваться следующими правилами при установке и эксплуатации водонагревателя:

не эксплуатировать водонагреватель без заземления

не включать ЭВН, не установив его на стене в вертикальном положении и не заполнив

его водой не закрывать выход горячей воды ЭВН и не подсоединять к нему любые виды запор-

ной арматуры не подключать и не выключать вилку шнура из розетки электропитания мокрыми

руками; не оставлять без надзора включенный в электросеть ЭВН

не проводить сервисных работ с включенным в электросеть ЭВН;

не производить сервисное обслуживание водонагревателя, используя запасные

части, не рекомендованные изготовителем водонагревателя ; защищать водонагреватель от попадания в него механических примесей, присутствую-

щих в воде, путем установки стандартных бытовых фильтров очистки; не использовать воду из водонагревателя для приготовления пищи.

Для предохранения от перегрева воды в ЭВН служит термовыключатель, который отключает ЭВН от сети, в случае возникновения такой ситуации.

Термовыключатель не служит для предохранения ЭВН от выхода из строя из-за избыточного давления воды, возникшего в результате неправильного подключения и эксплуатации ЭВН.

Следует обращать внимание детей на то, чтобы они не играли с ЭВН.

ЭВН не предназначен для эксплуатации лицами с ограниченными физическими, осязательными или психическими способностями, а также лицами, не умеющими пользоваться ЭВН, за исключением случаев, когда это происходит под наблюдением или согласно инструкциям от лиц, отвечающих за безопасность ЭВН. Дети могут использовать ЭВН только под присмотром лиц, умеющих безопасно его эксплуатировать. Необходимо всегда понимать, что существует риск ошпаривания водой и поражения электрическим током.

Установка ЭВН производится на стене в вертикальном положении, руководствуясь длиной душевой насадки или излива и местом крепления кронштейна душевой насадки. Возможные варианты установки ЭВН приведены на Рис. 1. При установке следует размещать ЭВН таким образом, чтобы брызги воды не попадали на его корпус.

Для подключения ЭВН моделей TIP 500 и TIP 700 к электросети необходимо снять верхнюю крышку водонагревателя и подключить подводящий электрокабель (в комплект не входит) к клеммной колодке на корпусе ЭВН в следующем порядке: провод кабеля желто-зеленого цвета подсоединить к клемме – Е «земля», провод кабеля голубого цвета к клемме – N «ноль», провод коричневого (белого, черного) цвета к клемме – L «фаза».

Для подключения рекомендуется использовать трёхжильный кабель с площадью сечения каждой жилы не менее 4 мм . Перед началом монтажа электропроводки необходимо обесточить сеть, к которой происходит подключение ЭВН. Сначала кабель подключается к ЭВН, а затем к выключателю. Для отключения ЭВН от сети необходимо использовать двухполюсный выключатель (в комплект не входит) с плавким предохранителем, с зазором между контактами в разомкнутом состоянии не менее 3 мм на всех полюсах, на 30 А для модели TIP 500 и 40 А для модели TIP 700. Перед началом эксплуатации ЭВН необходимо закрепить верхнюю крышку. Модель ЭВН TIP 350 имеет встроенный сетевой шнур с вилкой. Для подключения данной модели к сети достаточно вставить вилку шнура питания в электророзетку, которая должна иметь клемму заземления. Розетка должна располагаться в месте, исключающем попадание на неё воды. Электропроводка, предохранительные и коммутационные устройства должны выдерживать токовую нагрузку не менее 30 А для модели TIP 500, не менее 40 А для модели

TIP 700 и не менее 20 А для модели TIP 350. Перед включением ЭВН в электросеть заполните его водой.

Эксплуатация

Включить электропитание ЭВН, вставив вилку сетевого шнура в электророзетку или включив многополюсный выключатель. Плавно повернуть ручку крана подачи холодной воды. Нажать клавишу сетевого выключателя на лицевой панели водонагревателя. При этом включится световая индикация клавиши сетевого выключателя. Подождать 15-20 секунд, пока температура воды на выходе стабилизируется. Если вода на выходе ЭВН слишком холодная, уменьшить подачу воды, если лишком горячая, подачу воды необходимо увеличить. Температура холодной водопроводной воды может значительно колебаться в течение года: от 5°C до 20°С. Это означает, что при одинаковой температуре воды на выходе ЭВН, поток воды зимой будет меньше, чем летом. Режим рассеивания струи душа можно регулировать переключением ручки в положение «зима» или «лето» (для душевых насадок с автоматическим переключателем), либо путем перестановки сменных колец (для душевых насадок со сменными кольцами). Режим рассеивания воды оказывает значительное влияние на работу душа. Положение ручки душа «зима» (или уменьшение количества колец с отверстиями) обеспечивает эффективное рассеивание воды при её меньшем объёме.

Двухклавишные модели ЭВН имеют разные режимы мощности. Для модели TIP 500 левая клавиша – режим 2,0 кВт; правая – 3,0 кВт, суммарно – 5,0 кВт. Для модели TIP 700 обе клавиши соответствуют 3,5 кВт, суммарно – 7 кВт. Потребитель может выбирать любой удобный режим мощности.

После окончания использования ЭВН нажатием на клавишу/клавиши сетевого выключателя отключить нагреватель. Нагрев воды автоматически прекратится, световые индикаторы погаснут. С помощью крана перекрыть подачу холодной воды на ЭВН.

Техническое обслуживание

ЭВН не требует специального технического обслуживания. При возникновении трудностей в эксплуатации ЭВН, либо при возникновении неполадок в работе водонагревателя обратитесь за помощью к квалифицированному специалисту.

Оберегайте поверхность ЭВН от повреждений, ударов и воздействия активных растворителей. Протирайте загрязнённые поверхности ЭВН мягкой тканью, смоченной в мыльном растворе. Не допускайте при этом применения абразивных или химически активных моющих средств. Регулярно очищайте распылительные головки душевой и кухонной насадки от загрязнений.

Если шнур питания (из комплекта ЭВН) поврежден, то его необходимо заменить шнуром питания, поставляемым производителем, либо обратиться в сервисный центр.

Все работы по обслуживанию ЭВН необходимо производить только после отключения его от сети электропитания.

Утилизация

Все составные части водонагревателя изготовлены из материалов,допускающих, в случае необходимости, экологически безопасную его утилизацию, которая должна происходить в соответствии с нормами и правилами той страны, где проживает покупатель. При соблюдении правил установки, эксплуатации и обслуживания, соответствии качества используемой воды действующим стандартам изготовитель устанавливает срок службы ЭВН – 3 года

Транспортировка и хранение электроводонагревателей

Транспортировка и хранение электроводонагревателей осуществляется в соответствии с манипуляционными знаками на упаковке:

Гарантия изготовителя

Производитель устанавливает срок гарантии на водонагреватель 2 года. Срок гарантии исчисляется с даты продажи ЭВН. При отсутствии или исправлении даты продажи штампа магазина срок гарантии исчисляется от даты выпуска водонагревателя, указанной на идентификационной табличке на корпусе прибора. Дата выпуска изделия закодирована в уникальном серийном номере, расположенном на идентификационной табличке (стикере), расположенной в нижней части на корпусе изделия. Серийный номер изделия состоит из тринадцати цифр. Первая и вторая цифры серийного номера – год выпуска, третья и четвертая – месяц выпуска ЭВН. Претензии в период гарантийного срока принимаются при наличии данного руководства с отметками фирмы-продавца и идентификационной таблички на корпусе ЭВН.

Гарантия распространяется только на водонагреватель, используемый исключительно для нужд, не связанных с осуществлением коммерческой деятельности. Ответственность за соблюдение правил установки и подключения лежит на покупателе (в случае самостоятельного подключения) либо на монтажной организации, осуществляющей подключение.

При установке и эксплуатации водонагревателя потребитель должен соблюдать требования, обеспечивающие безотказную работу прибора в течение гарантийного срока:

выполнять меры безопасности и правила установки, подключения, эксплуатации и

обслуживания, изложенные в настоящей инструкции; исключить механические повреждения от небрежного хранения, транспортировки и

монтажа; исключить повреждения прибора от замерзания в нём воды;

использовать для нагрева в водонагревателе воду без механических и химических

примесей;

Изготовитель не несёт ответственность за недостатки, возникшие вследствие нарушения потребителем правил установки, эксплуатации и технического обслуживания водонагревателя, изложенных в настоящем руководстве, в т. ч. в случаях, когда эти недостатки возникли из-за недопустимых параметров сетей (электрической и водоснабжения), в которых эксплуатируется ЭВН, и вследствие вмешательства третьих лиц.

Ремонт или замена составных частей и комплектующих в пределах срока гарантии не продлевают срок гарантии на ЭВН в целом. Установка, электрическое подключений и первое использование ЭВН должно быть произведено квалифицированным специалистом.

Descrierea încălzitorului de apă şi caracteristicile tehnice

încălzitorul de apă instant electric dat (ÎAE) se referă la categoria încălzitoarelor de apă Instant electrice şi este destinat pentru a obţine apă ﬁerbinte în scopuri menajere în spaţii cu conductă principală de apă rece cu presiune de lucru nu mal mică de 0,05 MPa şl nu mal mare de 0,6 MPa.

Instalare şi reguli de exploatare

Toate lucrările tehnico-sanitare şi de electromontaj, punere în funcţiune şi reparaţie a încălzitorului de apă se vor conduce de specialiştii de înaltă calificare. Aducerea tehnico-sanitară şi armatura de blocare trebuie să corespundă parametrilor reţelei de apeducte şi să aibă certificate necesare de calitate. încălzitorul de apă trebuie să fie instalat într-o încăpere unde se menţine temperatura de cameră.

Trebuie să fie respectate toate regulile de exploatare a aparatelor electrice şi cerinţele de conectare la apeduct, existente în regiunea Dvs.

Este necesar de a se conduce de următoarele reguli de instalare şi exploatare a încălzitorului de apă:

nu exploataţi încălzitorul de apă fără legare la pământ;

nu includeţi încălzitorul de apă, până când nu este instalat pe perete în poziţie verticală şi nu

este umplut cu apă; nu închideţi ieşirea apei calde a încălzitorului de apă şi nu conectaţi la acesta orice feluri de

armatură de blocare; nu conectaţi şi nu întrerupeţi fişa conductei din priză de alimentare cu energie electrică cu

mâini ude; nu lăsaţi fără supraveghere încălzitorul de apă inclus în reţeaua electrică;

nu efectuaţi lucrări de serviciu cu încălzitorul de apă inclus în reţeaua electrică;

nu efectuaţi întreţinerea de service a încălzitorului de apă, folosind piese de schimb care nu

sunt recomandate de către producătorul încălzitorului de apă; protejaţi sistemul de încălzire a apei de pătrundere de impurităţi mecanice prezente în apă

prin instalarea filtrelor de curăţire de uz casnic standard; nu folosiţi apa din sistemul de încălzire a apei pentru a găti.

Trebuie de atras atenţia copiilor asupra faptului ca ei să nu se joace cu încălzitorul de apă.

ÎAE nu este destinat utilizării de către persoane (inclusiv copiii) cu handicap, abilităţi tactile sau psihice limitate, precum şi persoanele care nu pot utiliza ÎAE, cu excepţia cazurilor când acest lucru se întâmplă sub supraveghere sau în conformitate cu instrucţiunile de la persoanele responsabile pentru siguranţa ÎAE.

Instalarea ÎAE se face pe perete în poziţie verticală, ghidându-se de lungimea duzei de duş sau descărcare şi locul de fixare a consolei duzei de duş. Variantele de instalare posibile a ÎAE sunt prezentate în Fig.1.

La instalare ÎAE ar trebui să fie poziţionat astfel fncât stropii de apă să nu nimerească pe corpul lui.

Pentru a conecta modelele de încălzitoare electrice de apă TIP 500 şi TIP 700 la reţea trebuie să scoateţi capacul superior al încălzitorului de apă şi să conectaţi cablul electric (nu este furnizat) la sabotul cu cleme pe corpul încălzitorului de apă în următoarea ordine: cablul de culoare galbenă-verde se conectează la clema – E «pământ», cablul de culoare albastră la clema – N «zero», cablul de culoare cafenie (alb, negru) la clema – L «fază»;

Pentru conectare se recomandă de a utiliza cablul trifilonial cu secţiune a fiecărui filon nu mai puţin de

4 mm . Înainte de a aşeza instalaţia electrică trebuie de scos din circuitul reţelei la care conectaţi

încălzitorul de apă. în primul rând, cablul este conectat la încălzitorul de apă, şi apoi la comutator. Pentru a deconecta de la reţea ÎAE, trebuie să utilizaţi un comutator cu doi poli (nu intră în set) cu o siguranţă fuzibilă, cu joc la contactele în poziţie deschisă cel puţin 3 mm în toate poli, la 30 A pentru modelul TIP 500 şi 40 A pentru modelul TIP 700. Înainte de a exploata încălzitorul de apă, este necesar de fixat capacul superior. Modelul ÎAE TIP 350 are un cablu de reţea încorporat cu fişă. Pentru a conecta acest model la reţea este suficient de a introduce fişa cablului de alimentare la o priză de perete, care trebuie să aibă o bornă de legare la pământ de protecţie. Priza trebuie să se afle într-un loc care împiedică pătrunderea pe aceasta a apei. instalaţia electrică, instalaţiile de protecţie şi dispozitivele de comutare trebuie să suporte sarcina de curent nu mai puţin de 30 A pentru modelul TIP 500, cel puţin 40 A pentru modelul TIP 700 şi cel puţin 20 A pentru modelul TIP 350. înainte de a conecta ÎAE la reţea, umpleţi-l cu apă.

Exploatare

ConectaţiÎAE la alimentare de energie electrică, inserând fişa conductei de reţea în priza electrică sau incluzând comutatorul multipolar. Uşor întoarceţi maneta robinetului de apă rece. Apăsaţi butonul comutatorului de reţea pe panoul frontal al încălzitorului de apă. Se va include indicaţia luminoasă a butonului comutatorului de reţea.
