Utilization of the product
If you want to dispose this product, do not mix it with general household waste. There is a separate collection system for used electronic products in accordance with legislation that requires proper treatment, recovery and recycling.
Please contact your local authorities for the correct method of disposal. By doing so, you will ensure that your disposed product undergoes the necessary treatment, recovery and recycling and thus prevent potential negative effects on the environment and human health.
Important safeguards
• The instruction manual contains important operating and maintenance instructions. For your safety, it is necessary to refer the manual. Keep the manual for use in future.
• Do not hit or drop the unit.
• Do not expose the unit to vibration, direct sunlight, too high or low temperature or humidity.
• Do not disassemble the unit yourself. Refer servicing to qualified service personnel.
Power supply
• The unit operates on an alternating current network or an internal rechargeable lead-acid battery.
• The battery can be recharged with the provided AC power cord. Before first plugging the appliance check that voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds to the mains voltage in your home.
• Insert the power cord into the AC power input socket at the back of the unit.
• Plug the power cord into the wall outlet.
• The charging LED indicator will light in
red.
• When the battery is fully charged (around 5 hours when the unit is off), the LED indicator will turn to green. When the charge is low the red LED will flash.
• For best results, try to fully charge the battery before each use. If the battery is drained, please allow it to recharge for a few hours.
General operations
Power on/off
Press the POWER button to switch the unit on. Press this button again to switch the unit off.
Modes of operation
Press the FUNCTION button repeatedly to select an operation mode: USB => BLUETOOTH => AUX => RADIO.
Volume control
Rotate the volume knob to adjust the general
volume level of the unit.
You can also separately adjust the volume of microphone (if connected) by rotating the microphone volume knob.
Bass adjustment
Press the SUPER BASS button to increase and decrease the bass effect.
Equalizer
Press the EQ button on unit to select a setting that best matches the music style: FLAT, CLASSIC, ROCK, POP and JAZZ.
LED lighting
There are 9 modes for the disco LED lighting. Press the LIGHT button to choose the desired lighting mode. Modes L1-L7 are 7 kinds of individual color lights, mode L8 is a multicolor flashing light, mode L9 is a multicolor pulsing light. To turn off the light effect, press the LIGHT button until OFF shows on the display.

Radio operation
Press the FUNCTION button on the unit, the display reads FM and the radio frequency.
Note: in order to get the best reception, extend the FM antenna on the rear of the unit before use to its full length.
Tuning to a radio station
If you know the station frequency that you want to tune to directly:
Tune to a station by pressing
or TUN.­search upward or downward. The station frequency is shown on the display.
To tune to a preset station: T

Automatic scanning and storing
To scan for stations within reception range and save them to preset memory automatically, press and hold the SCAN button. Once the scanning is finished, the unit will automatically tune to Preset 1 (P01).

Manual storing
Choose which stations to save in preset memory instead of scanning automatically.
1. Use the TUN.+ or TUN.- buttons to tune to the station you want to save as a preset (e.g., 93.1).
2. Press the P-MODE/M. button. “P01” will flash on the display to indicate that you are saving the station as Preset Memory 01. (To change the preset memory number, press the 10/M./FOLD.+ or 10/M./FOLD.­buttons.)

93.1).

USB operation
USB playback
• Insert a USB storage device into one of the two USB ports of the unit. Press the FUNCTION button to select the USB1 or USB2 mode. The unit will start reading the device playback if any supported audio files are found.

• During playback press the PLAY/PAUSE button on the unit to pause playback. Press this button again to resume playback.

• To select a song which track number exceeds 10, press the 10/M./FOLD.+ or 10/M./FOLD.- button each time to skip forward/backward 10 tracks, then press the TUN.+ or TUN.-button to select a desired track.
• To select a desired folder (if the USB contains more than one folder), press and hold the 10/M./FOLD.+ or 10/M./ FOLD.- button each time to skip forward/ backward a folder, then press the TUN.+ or TUN.- button to select a desired track.

Press the P-MODE/M. button
during playback. With each press the unit will repeat: one track, folder (if the USB has more than one folder), all tracks or play a random track.
General USB notes
• This unit is equipped with USB ports that can read and play MP3 files stored on standard USB flash drives (compatible with USB version 2.0) up to 32 GB. Always switch off the unit or change mode to another one before removing a USB flash drive or SD card, to prevent damage to your USB device or memory card.
Note: Although this product is fully
compatible with USB 2.0 standard formats, a small percentage of USB flash drives might not be readable, due to those device manufacturers’ non-compliance with the full (official) USB standards.
• FAT and FAT32 file system are supported by USB ports of this unit.
According to the USB 1.1/2.0 standard, usage of a USB device with power current consumption exceeding 500 mA is not recommended without supplementary power supply. Failure to use supplementary power for connected USB drives with power consumption exceeding this value as well as defective USB drives may cause mechanical or thermal changes of elements of this unit as well as failure of internal elements of the USB port. Such damages are not warranty cases. Warning: use of external USB drives containing BIN files in root directory may cause malfunction of unit or damage to the software.
Bluetooth operation
The Bluetooth pairing name of the unit is
TF-PS2202S-SOUND.
Press the FUNCTION button on the top panel to switch to the Bluetooth mode.
Use your mobile phone to search the Bluetooth signal of the unit, then input the password 0000 if necessary. The units are paired when "bt" appears on the screen.
Switch off the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone to disconnect the units. When paired successfully for the first time, this unit will automatically connect the paired device when it switches on.
Effective connection range is 10 meters.
••You can unpair the devices by
deleting the TF-PS2202S-SOUND Bluetooth connection from your mobile phone connected devices list or by pressing and holding the PAIR button in Bluetooth mode. In Bluetooth mode you can control playback and volume using the standard control elements of this unit.
Microphone
You can insert a microphone for karaoke or other purposes into this unit by connecting it to one of the 6.3mm microphone input jacks.
While connected, you can control the microphone volume by rotating the corresponding knob, and add an echo effect by pressing the ECHO button.
USB charging
• The USB 2 port is used to charge the battery of any supported (DC 5V, 1A) external device from this unit.
• You cannot play music from devices connected to the USB 2 port.

TF Play application
The application is available for Android / iOS devices. To control the device via smartphone, tablet, or other devices, download the "TF Play" application from the respective market stores. The application will allow you to control the following modes: Player, Light, USB input, FM radio, Aux In input, Equalizer. Once the device is connected to the external device via Bluetooth connection (as described in the Bluetooth Operation section), open the "TF Play" app on the device.
Pairing the application to the device
After pairing the smartphone / tablet as described in the Bluetooth Operation paragraph, it is necessary to make a further coupling of the application to the device: Press the REFRESH button and when the TF-PS2202S-APP appears in the list of available devices, select it.
Once connected, the device will move to the list of connected devices (Connected device).
On the main screen there are 8 icons: PLAYER, LIGHT, FM, AUX IN, USB, BLUETOOTH, SETTINGS, EQUALIZER.

Phone playback
Press the PLAYER icon to access the music playback page of the music files that are on the phone. Select the song you want to play. It is possible to pause the song, go to the previous / next song, activate repeat or random play and adjust the volume level. Press "<" to return to the main page.
USB playback
Insert a USB memory into the unit, press the USB icon to access USB memory playback. Choose a song to play from those shown in the list, press "<" to return to the main page.
