Tascam CD-A630 User Manual

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
TASCAM's CD-A630 combines the two most popular consumer media formats into one box. The CD player and cassette deck can act as separate components, or take advantage of the combination with direct dubbing, long play capabilities, and an input-saving cascade output mode. RCA audio I/O and a wireless remote are included for basic applications; an optical SPDIF output and parallel remotes and tallies are available for advanced installations.

APPLICATIONS SPECIFICATIONS
The CD-A630 is designed to be affordable, easy to use, and reliable.
Mobile Users - Live Production - Rehearsal Halls
The dual function, compact design will appeal to anyone who needs to change locations on a regular basis, or who has limited space to fit their gear into. Plus, the ability to cascade the CD and cassette can save inputs on a mixer when you need it most.
Lecture Halls - Board Rooms - School PA
There are many situations where the person who needs to operate the equipment has little or no official training. The key in this situation is to keep the operation of the unit straight forward. The CD-A630 is ideal for these situations.
DJs - Dance Studios - Health Clubs
Anyone involved in dance or aerobic workouts knows the value of pitch control. The CD-A630 offers independent pitch control for the CD player and cassette deck. Pitch control can make the difference between having the tempo drag a bit and having the right punch. This is also great for transferring pitch adjusted CDs to tape for later performance where the owners aren't fortunate enough to have this.
