T+A Systeme können über den RS232 Adapter in ihren
Funktionen gesteuert werden. T+A HiFi Anlagen können so in vernetzte Multiroom- und Homeautomation
Systeme eingebunden werden.
Die Anbindung an die Steuerung ist bi-direktional, Befehle werden vom T+A System quittiert. Durch die Quittierung ist die Steuerung sicher und störunanfällig.
Eine Rückmeldung über den Systemzustand ist bei
einigen T+A Systemen (1) ebenfalls möglich. So kann
der Anlagenzustand (aktive Quelle, Lautstärke etc.)
abgefragt und vom Homeautomation-System angezeigt
werden.
Einige T+A Quellgeräte (1) können auch weitergehende
Informationen (RDS Sendername, Titelnummer etc.) an
das Homeautomation-System ausgeben.

T+A Systems can be remote controlled using the
RS232 adapter. With this adapter they can easily be
integrated in home automation systems.
The T+A RS232 control interface is bi-directional.
Commands are acknowledged by the T+A system. The
acknowledge ensures a safe and reliable control.
Some T+A systems (1) are capable of delivering information about the operational state of the system. This
enables the display of basic system settings like active
listening source, volume setting etc.
Some T+A source devices (1) are capable of transmitting additional information like Station names, track
numbers etc.
