FESTPLATTE INSTALLIEREN
Der Disk Station erfordert eine 3,5” SATA Festplatte zur Installation. Die folgenden
Schritte bieten weitere Einzelheiten:
Warnung! Wenn Sie zur Installation eine Festplatte verwenden, die bereits
Daten enthält, können diese gelöscht werden, da das System die Festplatte
neu formatiert. Bitte sichern Sie Ihre Daten, wenn Sie diese zukünftig noch
benötigen.
1. Schließen Sie das Festplatten-Daten- und Netzkabel an die Festplatte an. (Ist
bei kabellosen Modellen nicht inbegriffen.)
2. Legen Sie den Server horizontal auf den Schreibtisch. Dabei muss die
Geräterückseite zu Ihnen weisen.
3. Schieben Sie das obere Gehäuse herunter.

4. Ziehen Sie das Gehäuse nach oben.
5. Legen Sie die Festplatte auf die Festplattenhalterung.

6. Befestigen Sie die Festplatte mit den 4 mitgelieferten Festplattenschrauben.
7. Schließen Sie das Festplatten-Daten- und Netzkabel an das Motherboard an.
(Überspringen Sie diesen Schritt, wenn Ihre Disk Station ein kabelloses
Modell ist.)
8. Das Gehäuseoberteil anbringen und wieder zuschieben.
9. Befestigen Sie das Gehäuse mit den 2 mitgelieferten Schrauben.

SERVER ANSCHALTEN
1. Schließen Sie den Wechselstromadapter an den Server und das
Wechselstromkabel an eine Stromquelle an.
2. Verwenden S i e das LAN-Kabel, um den Server an Ihren Schalter/Router/Hub
anzuschließen.
3. Den Server mit der Netztaste an der Vorderseite anschalten. Warten Sie, bis
die Netzstrom-LED konstant blau aufleuchtet.

Windows-Anwender
1. Legen Sie die Installations-CD an Ihren Computer an.
2. Im Autorun-Menü, “Synolo gy-Serve r ein richten” wählen.
3. Klicken Sie auf Durchsuchen, um die „.pat“-Installationsdatei auf der
Installations-CD auszuwählen.
4. Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm, um den
Einrichtungsvorgang abzuschließen
