INTENDED USE OF DISPLAY AREA:
Zone 1: Upper Left Side – Two adjustable temperature settings: Meat & dairy/deli (refer to chart for temperatures) Zone 2: Upper Right Side – Two adjustable temperature settings: Produce & dairy/deli (refer to chart for temperatures Optional Zone 2: Upper Right Side – Non-refrigerated. Ambient temperature Zone 3: Lower Section – Two adjustable temperature settings: Meat & Frozen

Fan blades may be exposed when deck panel is removed. Disconnect
power before removing deck panel.

Lamps have been treated to resist breakage and must be replaced with a
similarly treated lamp.

START-UP AND OPERATION
Electrical and Control Access
The main power switch and 4X4 box (provided for field hook up) are accessible from back side of header assembly. Interior lights switch is located inside upper display area, behind the header (right lower side). Defrost control settings and refrigeration service ports are accessible by removing the top header cover. Remove screws from the top leading edge of header cover.

Temperature Settings
Process to change temperatures with in a product zone.
1. To change Temperature (set point) Setting, Press the Set Key (Note: Pressing the set key once will access the Fahrenheit/Celsius Mode.)
2. The LCD will display the current Temperature (set point) Setting. (Note: The S1 annunciator will be blinking to indicate the control is in the change mode)
Press the up arrow key Press the down arrow key to decrease the Temperature Setting.
(Note: See chart below on Temperature Requirements for specific products.)
3. Press the Set Key
to increase the Temperature Setting
Twice to complete the Temperature Change.

START-UP AND OPERATION
Merchandiser Start-Up
Turn on the main power. Coil fans, and the compressor motors should turn on. From the front
of the case, check to see that the coil fans are all functioning properly.
Turn on the lights. All of the lights should come on at the same time. First time lighting may re-
quire a short warm up period for the bulbs. Slightly dim or a flickering of new bulbs is normal.
Note: remove sign channel

Drain with Flushing Valve and Evaporator pan Access
Refrigeration drain and flush valve, 220v electric outlet for evaporator pan and thermo­stat are accessible through front of unit by removing front grill. Remove grill by lifting up and pulling forward.
