SRM-313 DRIVER UNIT FOR STAX EARSPEAKER
■Low Impedance Output Stage
The SRM-313 Driver Unit features a completely redesigned output stage that utilizes an up-to-the-minute emitter follower in the output circuitry.
This along with a further improvement in the power supply circuitry results in life like sound rich in scale and dynamics.

■The SRM-313 drives STAX electrostatic earspeakers without deterioration in tone quality since there is no transformer used between the amplifier and the Earspeaker.
■The simplified two-stage amplifier having a low-noise dual FET in the first stage and a high dielectric strength transistor in the second stage realizes natural tone quality with a great deal of sound information.
■All the circuitry from the input to the output is DC circuitry without use of coupling capacitors.
■According to STAX's design concept, non-magnetic parts are used as much as possible together with the non-magnetic chassis.
■Long life electronic parts are selected to ensure tone quality.
■The SRM-313 is capable of driving all STAX earspeakers of Pro bias, Normal and the electret types.
■For convenience of connection with other appliances, the SRM-313 is equipped with lNPUT and OUTPUT terminals that are connected in parallel for the right and left channels respectively.
