Heating/Holding Equipment

Star’s compact humidified cabinets deliver profit building sales with
minimum counter space for pizza, pretzels, chicken, pastries, bagels,
hot sandwiches, and more. HDF-1’s use only 15” of counterspace and
fit almost anywhere. Choose from pizza racks, pretzel racks, or uni­versal racks. Features temperature control range from 110°F to
175°F, bottom control panel with drain valve, humidity control, low
water indicator, and power switch. Illuminated cabinet and attractive
graphics enhance impulse sales. Constructed of corrosion resistant
stainless steel, tempered glass door and side panels.

Designed to deliver “grab-n-go” products at the right tem­perature and texture every time. State of the art electronic
controls provide accurate temperature and humidity con­trol throughout the cabinet. Features LED temperature dis­play, six pre-programmed channels, temperature range from
70°F to 190°F to fit a variety of menu items, large water
reservoir, low water level sensor, illuminated cabinet display,
lighted on/off switch, and water drain for easy cleaning.
Available in single door or pass through models.
Constructed of stainless steel, tempered glass panels and
doors with aluminum alloy corner posts.

Star’s hot food merchandisers display menu items while keeping them fresh and warm until served.
Single and double shelf models accommodate any volume foodservice operation and are available in
35” and 45” widths. Thermostatically controlled to hold your menu items at the proper serving
temperature.Tempered glass doors, on operator’s side, slide open and close to easily replenish or
change menu items. Features stainless steel construction and tempered glass for years of mainte­nance free operation.Accessories include pans, pan screens, sandwich chutes, and slant leg kit to fit
any foodservice operation.

Perfect for merchandising sandwiches, burritos, cookies, or any day
part menu items. Features adjustable infinite temperature control up
to 180°F and a forced air system that circulates air throughout cabi­net keeping menu items at proper serving temperature. 12” model
has two perforated shelves (9-3/4”W x 10-1/4”D) which can be
easily adjusted to flat or angled positions for display. 15” model has
three perforated shelves (12-1/4”W x 12-3/4”D) which can also be
easily adjusted to flat or angled positions. Attractive, colorful graph­ics and a 100 watt interior incandescent light “showcases” products
and builds impulse sales. Thermometer located on side of unit
allows for easy reading of cabinet temperature. Constructed of
heavy-duty aluminum corner posts and 3/16” thick glass panels.

Merchandises two large pizzas in only 18-1/2” of counter space.
Features adjustable infinite temperature controls up to 180°F for
each shelf. Each shelf is individually heated keeping pizza and
other menu items at proper temperature to serve hot, fresh, and
fast.Two stainless steel solid heated shelves (17-1/2”W x 17­1/2”D) easily hold two 16” pizzas. Two 60 watt incandescent
lights “showcase” food for better impulse sales. Plastic top allows
for application of attractive and colorful “Fresh & Fast” graphics
to enhance grab and go impulse sales.Thermometer is located
on the interior side of the unit for easy reading. Bottom control
panel houses on/off switch and two individual temperature con­trol knobs. Constructed of heavy-duty aluminum corner posts
and a 3/16” thick glass door with full length handle that stands
up to commercial use.

Star offers two models of Nacho Chip
Merchandisers/Warmers, 12” 7 lb., and 15” 10 lb. A 50 watt
lamp in the 12” cabinet and 75 watt reflector flood lamp in
the 15” cabinet illuminates inside the cabinet to warm prod­uct and attract customers. Stainless steel loading chute pre­vents breakage and allows easy serving. Clear polycarbonate
drop panel access provides excellent visibility of chips. Heated
stainless steel bottom keeps chips fresh and warm. Colorful
nacho sign builds impulse sales. Constructed of tempered
glass panels, extruded aluminum corner posts and yellow
painted steel top with removable plastic lid.

Heat lamps will ensure your
menu items are kept hot and

250 watt bulbs (2 on “C”
frame and 3 on “U” frame
models) warm a variety of food
products.Adjustable
height ranges from 20”
to 29” to accommodate
different heat level
requirements for different
products. On/off switch convenient­ly located on side of frame away from high heat

Series - 12” x 20” on 2-bulb “C” frame units,
34HL Series - 18” x 26” on 3-bulb “U” frame units. Anodized aluminum shades direct heat where
needed. Units are constructed with 1” square plated steel tube arms.
