IN STALLATION

1.Remove (2) sheet machine screw s from the right end panel on the hot dog roller grill. (See Figure 1 on draw ing SK1414.) Repeat prior instructions for the left end panel. (See Figure 1 on draw ing SK1414.)

2.Place sneeze guard on roller grill as show n in Figure 2 on draw ing SK1414. Secure the sneeze guard to the right end panel on the roller grill using

(2) thumb screw sP/N 2C-Y1546. (See Figure 2 on draw ing SK1414.) Repeat prior instructions for left end panel. (See Figure 2 on draw ing SK1414.)

CLEAN IN G

Turn the roller grill off and allow the sneeze guard to cool before attempting to remove it from the roller grill. After removal, w ash the sneeze guard w ith amild soap or detergent and w arm w ater using a clean sponge or a soft cloth. Rinse w ell w ith clean w ater. Dry thoroughly w ith a chamois or a moist cellulose sponge to prevent w ater spots. Do not scrub or use brushes because it can cause scratches and minor abrasions. Do not use abrasive or highly alkaline cleaners. N ever scrape the sneeze guard w ith squeegees, razor blades, or other sharp instruments. Some compatible cleaners for the sneeze guard are: Joy, Palmolive liquid, Top Job, and Windex w ith AmmoniaD. Adherence to regular and proper cleaning proceduresisrecommended to preserve appearance.

GEN ERAL OPERATIN G PROCEDURES

The pass-thru sneeze guard is used to protect the perishable foods from foreign airborne contaminates. The pass-thru sneeze guard is designed to attach to the side panels on the hot dog roller grill w ith (4) thumb screw s (2 per side). This design feature allow s the sneeze guard to be easily removable w ithout the use of any tools.
