Read all warnings posted on the 5125u Magnetic Bike.
The 5125u Magnetic Bike should only be used after a thorough review of the Owner's Manual.
Keep children away from the 5125u Magnetic Bike. Do not allow children to use or play on the
5125u Magnetic Bike. Keep children and pets away from the 5125u M agnetic Bike when it is in use.
The 5125u M agnetic Bike is a Class A Non-free-wheeling exercise bicycle with a directly driven flywheel.
Spinning pedals can cause injury.
The 5125u Magnetic Bike does not free wheel.
Pedal speed should be reduced in a controlled manner.
Make sure that the The 5125u Magnetic Bike is properly assembled and tightened before use.
Set up and operate the 5125u Magnetic Bike on a solid level surface. Do not position the 5125u
Magnetic Bike on loose rugs or uneven surfa ces.
Adjust the LEVELING CAPS on the REAR ST ABILIZER so that the bike sets on the floor without rocking.
Inspect the 5125u Magnetic Bike for worn or loose components prior to use. Tighten/replace any
loose or worn components prior to using.
Always check to see that the Seat Post is securely fa stened bef ore using the 5125u Magnetic Bike.
The Adjustment Knob must be inserted into one of the holes in the Seat Post.
Consult a physician prior to commencing an exercise program. If, at any time during exercise, you
feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain, stop and consult your physician.
Follow your physician's recommendations in developing your own personal fitness program.
Always choose the workout which best fits your physical strength and flexibility level. Know your
limits and train within them. Always use common sense when exercising.
Do not wear loose or dangling clothing while using the 5125u Magnetic Bike.
Never exercise in bare feet or socks; always wear correct footwear, such as running, walking, or
crosstraining shoes. Be sure that they fit well, provide foot support a nd feature non-s kid rubber soles.
Care should be taken in mounting or dismounting the 5125u Magnetic Bike.
The 5125u Magnetic Bike should not be used by persons weighing over 250 pounds.
The 5125u Magnetic Bike should be used by only one person at a time.
Do not ride the 5125u Magnetic Bike standing up.
The 5125u M agnetic Bike is for consumer use only . It is not f or use in public or semipublic fa cilities.

of those few parts left unassembled for shipping purposes.
Simply follow the few assembly instructions set forth in this manual.

does not fit, is the incorrect size, or is otherwise
inappropriate is found. Even with the highest
inspection and quality controls in place these things
will happen occasionally. Please do not return the
product. For your convenience, Stamina has a

incorrect size, or is otherwise inappropriate, please

HARDWARE IDENTIFICATION CHART
Place washers, the end of bolts or screws on the
circles to check for the correct size. Use the small
scale to check the sizes of bolts and screws.
This chart is provided to help identify the hardware used in the a ssembly process. After unpacking the unit,
open the hardware bag and make sure that you have the following items:

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all
packing materi als from your area a nd pla ce them ba ck into the box. Do not dispose of the pa cking materials
until assembly is completed. Read each step carefully before beginning. If you are missing a part please

STEP 1
Attach the FRONT STABILIZER(2), the short one with the round ENDCAPS(44), onto the front of the
MAIN FRAME(1) with CARRIAGE BOLTS(M8 x 65mm)(47), ARC WASHERS(M8)(62), LOCK
WASHERS(M8)(63), and ACORN NUTS(M8)(59).
STEP 2
Attach the REAR ST ABILIZER(3), the one with the LEVELING CAPS(45), onto the MAIN FRAME(1)
with CARRIAGE BOL TS(M8 x 65mm)(47), ARC W ASHERS(M8)(62), LOCK W ASHERS(M8)(63),
and ACOR N NUTS(M8)(59).
NOTE:
You can adjust the LEVELING CAPS(45) on the REAR STABILIZER(3) to keep the Bike
stable.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 3
NOTE:
The RIGHT PEDAL(35) ha s R sta mped on the end of the pedal shaft. The RIGHT PEDAL(35)
has right hand threads and is tightened by turning clockwise. The LEFT PEDAL(34) has L
stamped on the end of the pedal shaft. The LEFT PEDAL(34) has left hand threads and is
tightened by turning counter clockwise.
STEP 4
Attach the SEAT(43) onto the SEA T POST(6) with NYLOCK NUTS(M8)(56) and WASHERS(M8)(64).
STEP 5
Slide BELLOWS(40) over the SEAT POST(6). Insert the SEAT POST(6) into the MAIN FRAME(1)
and secure with the ADJUSTMENT KNOB(42).
NOTE:
The ADJUSTMENT KNOB(42) should be screwed in tight to make the SEAT POST(6) fit
securely in the
MAIN FRAME(1).
Thread the RIGHT PEDAL(35) onto the right side of the CRANK(7) a s shown. Tighten the pedal securely .
Do the same to attach the
LEFT PEDAL(34) onto the left side of the CRANK(7).
