INFORMATION SHEET – 95262 NUT TORQUE

Affected Models: All Dana models that use the 95262 Locknut

Below are the general specifications for the 95262 locknut. This is a “torque prevailing” locknut. The
nut is to be used on drive pinions, input or output shafts that do not have a cotter pin hole drilled thru
the threads.

Thread Size: 1.750” x 12

Socket Size: 2 ¼”

Torque: 840-1020 lbs. ft (1139 - 1382 N.m)
