UV LIGHT PEN - 330005

UV Light Pen uses new solid state LED technology to offer
a portable source of UV light built into a slim attractive pen.
This new technology has a number of significant advant­ages over older products using UV fluorescent tubes and
light bulbs. A more compact, rugged, and easily portable
product, perfect for field work. The 400 nm output is just on
the edge of the visible light spectrum, low enough to cause
fluorescence yet inherently safer than lower UV wave­lengths. Immediate output, no warm up time.

Instructions: Aim the UV light then press the button on
shaft. Twist the pen cap to engage or retract the ball-point
writing tip. Refill ink cartridges (330005IR) are available
from Sper Scientific.

Batteries: Unscrew the pen to install the four LR41 button
cell batteries with the negative (-) poles facing the lighted
end of the pen.

Precautions: Protect your pen from water, shock, dust,
heat and sunlight. UV light can be harmful to the eyes and
skin. Avoid exposure to the beam and do not look directly
into the light. Do not aim the light at the eyes of other
humans or animals. Do not aim the light into a mirror or
reflective surface where the light could be reflected back
into your eyes.

WARRANTY

Sper Scientific warrants this product against defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of 5 Years from
the date of purchase, and agrees to repair or replace
any defective unit without charge. If your model has
since been discontinued, an equivalent Sper Scientific
product will be substituted if available. This warranty
does not cover damage resulting from accident,
misuse, or abuse of the product. In order to obtain
