Important Safety Instructions

 Read all instructions before using the unit. Failure to follow all instructions may result in serious injury.
 WARNING – Risk of injury: Do not direct discharge stream at yourself or other persons!!
 Always check the unit, hoses, fittings, etc. before each use. Do not use the unit if it does not operate

properly or has been damaged.

 Do not use with gasoline or any other flammable liquid. Do not operate in explosive atmospheres, such as

in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust.

 If using chemical cleaners, make sure that there is adequate ventilation in the work area.
 Keep bystanders, children, and visitors away while operating this unit.
 Do not use while tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication.
 Do not overreach or stand on unstable support. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
 Wear rubber gloves, rubber boots, goggles or face-shield, etc. Coil Cleaning detergents, chemicals, and

debris may cause injuries to the eyes and skin.

 Call SpeedClean® to check compatibility before using any chemical in the unit - DO NOT use any cleaner

that contains sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide. Do not mix chemicals.

 Use only approved accessories and replacement parts.
 Always turn machine off and relieve pressure in the hose after use.
 Do not run the unit dry – it may damage the pump. Always ensure adequate water supply.
 Do not spray the unit with water or chemicals. Never expose the unit to rain. Store unit indoors.
 Do not allow the unit to freeze or leave in freezing temperatures.
 The unit is equipped with an automatic by-pass valve that recirculates water inside the pump when the

spray gun trigger is released. Although the unit has a thermal discharge valve for protection, avoid leaving
the unit running in by-pass mode for more than five (5) minutes.

 DO NOT ADJUST BYPASS PRESSURE: The bypass pressure is factory set – adjustments may damage unit!

Electrical Precautions

 Make certain that the power source conforms to the requirements of the equipment.
 Keep all connections dry and off the ground. Do not handle the unit or electrical plug with wet hands.
 Unplug the power cord when servicing the unit or leaving the machine unattended
 Do not pull on the power cord or pull the cord around sharp corners. Keep the cord away from hot

surfaces. When unplugging the power cord, grasp the plug – not the cord.

 WARNING: The cords, wires, and/or cables supplied with this product may contain chemicals, including

lead or lead compounds, known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other
reproductive harm. Always wash hands thoroughly after handling the unit.

 GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS: For proper protection this product must be grounded. Always plug the

power cord into a properly grounded receptacle. Never remove the grounding prong from the power cord
plug or use an adapter that eliminates ground.

 GROUND FAULT CIRCUIT INTERRUPTER: This unit is provided with a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter built

into the power cord plug to prevent electrocution. DO NOT RUN THE UNIT WITHOUT THIS DEVICE!! If
replacement of the plug or cord becomes necessary, use only identical replacement parts that include GFCI
protection.

 EXTENSION CORDS: Use only extension cords that are intended for outdoor use. These extension cords are

identified by a marking “Acceptable for use with outdoor appliances; store indoors while not in use.” Use

only extension cords having an electrical rating not less than the rating of the product. Do not use
damaged extension cords. Examine extension cord before using and replace if damaged. Do not abuse
extension cord and do not yank on any cord to disconnect. Keep cord away from heat and sharp edges.
Always disconnect the extension cord from the receptacle before disconnecting the product from the
extension cord. Goodway recommends 12 BWG min, 50 ft max length.

Limited Warranty

This unit has been carefully tested and inspected and is warranted to be free from defects in material or
workmanship. This warranty is valid for one year from date of purchase by the original owner. SpeedClean®
will, under this warranty, repair or replace any parts which prove upon examination to be defective.

This warranty excludes accessories, unusual wear, abuse, damage resulting from accident, or unreasonable
use of this machine. For repairs or warranty information DO NOT contact the place of purchase. Contact
SpeedClean® Customer Service at [phone]. Any unauthorized repairs will void this warranty.
To obtain warranty service a proof of purchase is required and the unit must be returned freight prepaid. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights, which vary state to state. SpeedClean®
reserves the right to change product and/or its specifications. Contact the factory for the latest configuration.

Operating Instructions

 Unwrap hose from unit. Attach to output of pump.
 Attach Spray Gun to quick connect on hose.
 Unwrap power cord from unit. Plug into appropriate outlet. Test and reset GFCI.
 Attach water supply hose to unit (2.5 gallons per minute minimum). Make sure screen washer is in place.
 Turn on water. To prime the pump, squeeze the Spray Gun trigger until water exits nozzle for 3 seconds.

Normal Coil Cleaning

 Attach Yellow Rinsing Nozzle (size 1512) to Spray Gun.
 While holding Spray Gun trigger open, flip Power Switch (rear of unit) to “ON” position.
 Spray condenser with plenty water to remove loose debris.
 Remove Yellow Rinsing Nozzle.
 Attach Black Soaping Nozzle (size 2540).
 Make sure chemical pickup hose is in chemical container and the tip is at the bottom.
 Apply water/chemical solution evenly to coils (siphon ratio is approximately 10:1).
 If possible, let coil cleaner chemical sit for recommended time to penetrate into coils and loosen deposits.
 Remove Black Soaping Nozzle, attach Yellow Rinsing Nozzle, and thoroughly rinse coils with clean water.
 When done, flip Power Switch to the “OFF” position and relieve pressure in hose.

General Maintenance and Storage

 If using with coil cleaning chemicals, run clean water through the pump when done.
 Store unit indoors.
 IMPORTANT!! Replace water seals immediately if pump leaks between head and crankcase.

 Lea todas las instrucciones antes de usar la unidad. No seguir todas las instrucciones puede ocasionar

 ADVERTENCIA – Riesgo de lesiones: ¡No dirija el chorro de descarga hacia usted ni otra persona!
 Revise siempre la unidad, las mangueras, etc. antes de cada uso. No utilice la unidad si no funciona

apropiadamente o se ha dañado.

 No utilice la unidad con gasolina ni ningún otro líquido inflamable. No opere en ambientes explosivos, tales

como cerca de líquidos inflamables, gases o polvo.

 En caso de usar limpiadores químicos, asegúrese de que haya una ventilación adecuada en el área de

trabajo.

 Mantenga a los transeúntes, niños y visitantes alejados mientras opera la unidad.
 No utilice la unidad si está cansado o bajo la influencia de drogas, alcohol o medicamentos.
 No trate de alcanzar demasiado lejos ni se pare sobre una base inestable. Mantenga un buen apoyo y

equilibrio en todo momento.

 Utilice guantes de goma, botas de caucho, gafas protectoras o escudo para el rostro, etc. Los detergentes

para serpentines, químicos y desechos pueden causar heridas en los ojos y la piel.

 Llame a SpeedClean® para verificar la compatibilidad de cualquier químico antes de usarlo en la unidad.

NO utilice ningún limpiador que contenga hidróxido de sodio ni hidróxido de potasio. No mezcle los
químicos.

 Utilice únicamente repuestos y accesorios aprobados.
 Apague siempre la máquina y libere la presión en la manguera después de cada uso.
 No deje seca la unidad. Esto puede ocasionar daños a la bomba. Asegúrese siempre de tener buen

suministro de agua.

 No rocíe la unidad con agua ni químicos. Nunca exponga la unidad a la lluvia. Almacene la unidad en un

sitio cerrado.

 No permita que la unidad se congele ni la deje a temperaturas muy bajas.
 La unidad está equipada con una válvula de desvío automática que hace recircular el agua dentro de la

bomba cuando se libera el disparador de la pistola rociadora. Aunque la unidad cuenta con una válvula
protectora de descarga térmica, evite dejar la unidad funcionando en modo de desvío por más de cinco (5)
minutos.

 NO AJUSTE LA PRESIÓN DE DESVÍO: La presión de desvío está establecida de fábrica. ¡Los ajustes pueden

dañar la unidad!

Precauciones eléctricas

 Asegúrese de que la fuente de electricidad cumple con los requerimientos del equipo.
 Mantenga todas las conexiones secas y alejadas de tierra. No manipule la unidad ni el cable eléctrico con

las manos húmedas.

 Desenchufe el cable cuando le esté dando mantenimiento a la unidad o cuando la deje desatendida.
 No tire del cable ni lo pase por esquinas filosas. Mantenga el cable alejado de superficies calientes. Para

desenchufar el cable, sujete el enchufe, no el cable.

 ADVERTENCIA: Los cables y/o alambres suministrados con este producto pueden contener químicos,

incluyendo plomo o sus compuestos, de los cuales se conoce en el Estado de California que producen
cáncer, defectos congénitos y otros daños reproductivos. Lávese siempre las manos minuciosamente
después de manejar la unidad.

 INSTRUCCIONES PARA CONEXIÓN A TIERRA: Este producto debe conectarse a tierra para efectos de

protección. Enchufe siempre el cable de electricidad en una toma debidamente conectada a tierra. Nunca
elimine la clavija de conexión a tierra del enchufe del cable.

 INTERRUPTOR DE CIRCUITO DE FALLA A TIERRA: Esta unidad cuenta con un Interruptor de Circuito de

Falla a Tierra (GFCI, por sus siglas en inglés) en el enchufe del cable para evitar la electrocución. ¡NUNCA
OPERE LA UNIDAD SIN ESTE MECANISMO! En caso de que sea necesario reemplazar el enchufe o el cable,
utilice únicamente repuestos con protección GFCI.

 CABLES DE EXTENSIÓN: Utilice únicamente cables de extensión de uso externo. Estos cables se identifican

por una marca que reza: “Aceptable para uso en aparatos de exterior; almacene en un lugar cubierto
mientras no esté utilizando el equipo". Utilice solo cables de extensión que tengan una calificación
eléctrica no menor de la del producto. No utilice extensiones dañadas. Examine el cable de extensión antes
de usarlo y reemplácelo si está dañado. No se exceda en el uso de la extensión ni tire de ningún cable para
desconectarlo. Mantenga el cable alejado del calor y de bordes filosos. Desconecte el cable de extensión
