Mobile Email

Take your email with you. With Mobile Email you can check your Yahoo!® Mail, AOL®, AIM and MSN® Hotmail® quickly and easily from your wireless phone.

1. From Standby, select menu > Mobile Email.

2. Choose the account to set as the default Email account.

3. Accept Terms & Conditions.

4. Enter username and password, then sign in.

5. Use the Email menu to send and receive email messages.

Multimedia Messaging

Snap it. Say it. Share it. Multimedia Messaging lets you share photos, voice messages and more.

1. From standby select menu > Messaging > Write New > Message.

2. Enter text.

3. Scroll to use tool bar options.

4. Scroll or to select an option.

5. When ready to send, select Continue.

6. Select an option > Send.

7. When writing and editing messages, you can use the copy and paste functionality.

Take a Picture

Capture those special moments right from your phone and send them to friends and family. It’s easy.

1. From standby, menu > Camera to activate the camera.

2. Use the left and right navigation keys to switch between the camera and video.

3. Press Capture to take the picture.

4. Press the back key to return to the camera viewfinder or press the selection key to send the picture.

Note: Pictures will automatically be saved in My Stuff (7) in the Graphics folder.

Getting to Know Your Phone

With MEdia™ Net, you can get the information that is important to you at a glance. Check local weather, your team scores or movie listings with just a few clicks.

Browsing

1. From standby, select menu > MEdia™ Net.

2. Choose More > Go to.

3. Choose Bookmark to create a bookmark or Enter Address to type in a URL.

4. To exit, press .

No need for a separate music player – it’s all in your phone. Shake things up to randomly play songs from the album or playlist you are enjoying.

To play a song

1. From standby, press the WALKMAN > More > My Music.

2. Scroll to an option and select Open.

To move between tracks

• Press or .

To use Shake control

Shake your phone and it will randomly pick and play a song in the album or playlist you are listening to.

• With the Walkman turned on, press and hold down the Walkman key and shake the phone.

Listen to music from your favorite artists right from your device.

To listen to music that you have transferred to your device, follow these quick easy steps.

To play music

1. From standby, press the WALKMAN key > More > My Music.

2. Scroll to an option and select Open.

To stop playing music

• Select Stop.

To resume playing music

• Select Play.

Transfer Music

1. Insert a memory card into the phone and open Windows® Explorer on your computer.

2. Connect the phone to your computer using a USB cable. If the phone is on, select File Transfer on your phone. If the Found New Hardware wizard appears on your computer, click CANCEL to exit. Your memory card is added as a removable disk in Windows® Explorer.

3. Locate a music file on your computer using Windows Explorer. Select multiple files by pressing Shift or Ctrl and clicking the files.

4. Drag and drop the file(s) onto your phone.

Create a Playlist

Enhance your Walkman® experience by creating a playlist.

1. From Standby select menu > AT&T Music > WALKMAN > More > My Music > Playlists > New Playlist and select Add.

2. Enter a name and select OK.

3. Scroll to the Tracks to add and select Mark for each track.

4. Select Add to include the marked tracks on the Playlist.

Warning! Do not disconnect phone while the transfer is in progress. Requirement: Windows® 2000 with SP3/SP4, Windows XP (Pro and Home) with SP1/SP2 or Windows Vista. Note: For additional information on transferring music, refer to the User Manual. The number of files you can store

depends on the size and format options of the memory card.

1. From standby, select Menu > > Streaming Music.

1. From standby, select Menu > > The Buzz.

MusicID

1. From standby, select Menu > > MusicID.

2. Select ID song!, then hold the phone up to the music source. MusicID will then analyze the tune and give you the song title.
