INSTRUCTION
1 General
R600 has built-in GP RS bearer technology that is most often used as the
connection type in a WAP session.
Even if R600 is mainly used to and also designed for WAP connectivity it is
still possible to use your R600 to establish a GPRS Internet session.
After R600 is connected with your R600 to a PC/laptop or PDA with a RS232
cable it is possible to establish a GPRS Internet session. After being
connected you can start surf the Internet, download files, check your E-mail
account, etc, etc.

This document gives you general instructions how to proceed to set up and
configure your PC with Widows 98 or 2000 and Ericsson R600.
2 Windows 98
2.1 Setup a standard Modem connection:
Select Modems in the Control Panel Menu to install a new modem type. In the
Menu Modem Properties select Add to install a new modem.
